They limited my bandwidth after 4 hours of buying the server and not using it due to unfair bandwidth usage. Then when I told them, they told me to buy dedicated bandwidth and treated me with insulting and humiliating behavior. I went to their Instagram page and commented on this. They immediately shut down the server that had a 6 month grace period.

I’ve been a customer for over three years without any issues, but when I was just two days late on a payment, they suspended my server immediately without any warning. What’s worse, they demanded I send ID to reactivate my account something they never asked for before. This sudden and harsh treatment is completely unfair, especially for loyal customers.

The lack of flexibility and poor communication make this provider unreliable. I can’t recommend their service if they treat long-term customers like this over a small delay.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After I posted an honest review about their services, they suspended my server and demanded that I delete my review before restoring access.

This is unacceptable behavior for a hosting provider. Customers should have the right to share their experiences freely without being punished or blackmailed.

A professional company resolves issues by improving its service, not by silencing customers. I strongly advise others to be careful before doing business with them.

I’d like to share my recent experience with TEKNOSOS to help others avoid similar issues.

I purchased a new server that, according to the specs, should have 1 CPU | 100 Mbps port. However, in reality, the speed barely reaches 50 Mbps, and there are restrictions on the service that my previous server didn’t have! When I raised the issue, instead of a technical explanation, the support replies were full of odd and even humorous remarks:

“Hell is for people like you, not me.”

They also mentioned that internet in Turkey is expensive, and to fully use the service, I must purchase a port package.

In short: the experience with this company included not only service limitations and slower speed, but also unprofessional and unusual support responses. I recommend checking all details carefully before ordering, and be prepared that polite, professional responses may not be guaranteed.

Now I realize they have taken the server away from me!

I had previously used Teknosos back in 2023 but chose not to renew my service due to their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

Recently, I contacted them again to ask a simple and polite question about the possibility of changing an IP address in case of internet restrictions. Instead of receiving a clear and helpful answer, I was met with rude, aggressive, and sarcastic responses. The representative went as far as calling me stupid and compared me to a parrot — simply because I asked for clarification on something that was not clearly explained.

It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of customer respect and basic communication standards. No matter how good or cheap a service might be, customer support and respectful treatment are far more important.

I strongly advise anyone considering Teknosos to think twice — especially if you’re expecting any kind of professional customer service.

I stayed with them for the entire month of February 2025, and I must say they are among the best providers I have ever had in Turkey. I regret not had known about them sooner! Their support is excellent, and their quality of service is excellent as well. This is the first server I've been on that has an IPv6 address and absolutely no packet loss at all.

Unfortunately, due to my own condition, I had to temporarily stop my service with them today and disable all of my servers in Turkey. However, I'll definitely return to them as soon as my condition improves. In the meantime, I highly recommend them to you and all my friends—they are truly the best!
