Excellent service and a great value product. However, and this is no reflection on either the service or the product...I purchased the wrong item....a laptop. For years I have used a tower unit as a desktop, and I miss it but that's just me. I'd like to go back and start again...😂

TEK Shop service was excellent
TEK Shop service was excellent. The same can't be said for DPD. Perhaps look into a new delivery partner if the problem persists.
Macine is great value and even came with a keyboard and mouse which I wasn't expecting.

The Shop That Saved A PHD
My partner and I have just had a week from hell, trying to replace a laptop I (accidentally) crushed which had her PHD on. The 2025 model Acer Swift 16 was perfect for her and we needed a new one. Other major UK suppliers all had switched to a 2026 model (which is actually a downgrade) and all repair shops would not take it because it's too new. ENTER TEKSHOP!
Tekshop had the 'slightly' out of date model still in stock for an extremely reasonable price. While we had some awful experience with delivery, none of which was down to them. They despatched the product quickly, and we would have had it within a day had things gone to plan.
Will definitely be using Tekshop in the future! PHD saved, Partner Happy, and I am no longer looking like I'll be sharing the same fate of being crushed by a desk in penance!

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. All I wanted was a Windows 11 Laptop for music making using a DAW software product. They agreed to run a DPC Latency monitor tool on a proposed Laptop, but failed, then would not consider why and try to resolve. Seems as though they are not interested in selling products to customers, or have any knowledge in the technical aspects of tweaking a laptop to work in the 21st century for music making.

We spent around two weeks with you on this, including over a hour in phone calls. We broke the seal on a new laptop and installed software as requested, to test it for you. We provided the results, and several times actually advised you that you'd be best buying another model (which we don't even sell!). You really are a great example of the sort of customer that businesses are best to avoid. Perhaps you should be less concerned with our "...knowledge of technical aspects of tweaking a laptop..." and more concerned with your unrealistic expectations as to the number of hoops an online-only business should jump through for you. One only has to glance at the smattering of other 1-star reviews you've left to determine that you need a reality check perhaps. Thank you. Mark @TEKshop
Top spec and good value.
Trying to find a laptop that is both high spec and value for money is very difficult.
That being said, Tekshop had the laptop I needed with the exact specification I wanted and for a price that was cheaper than anywhere else. Even managed to save a few extra pounds as they had an open box model available. Item was delivered quickly and well packaged. It was an open box model as mentioned but there is not a mark or even a fingerprint on it.
All in all my experience with Tekshop was about as good as it gets for shopping online and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend this seller enough. I had bought my son a laptop as a surprise from them and found out it was not the correct one. (My mistake) I contacted TEKshop immediately (although the product was on its way) and they could not have been more helpful. They assured me they would request it returned and when I offered to pay the courier charge which they would have to pay, they told me that it wasn’t necessary.
The customer service is second to none and I have never felt so reassured and that nothing was a problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are a very safe online company in my experience.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. Due to a glitch on PayPal the transaction went through twice. Given it has been ordered for next day delivery I wasn't optimistic that I would be able to stop it. I called Tekshop and spoke to a person who sorted the issue immediately, and one of the transactions was reversed. My computer arrived when they said it would. Robust packaging and no damage. The computer was easily set up and had been waiting perfectly.
