We have tried to call you back several times but it just rings out. We also sent you an email yesterday to explain that you need to use the adapter that comes with the headphones. Terrible Service
Ordered something online and was sent an email with an order number confirming the order and money was taken. The next morning I received another email stating the order had been cancelled, when I contacted the company they told me the order number couldn’t be found on their system. No help at all, now I’m left chasing money for something I haven’t received

In this instance, the transaction failed the payment gateway’s security checks. While we understand you are disappointed by this, it is out of our hands. We use a reputable payment gateway (Sage Pay by Opayo) and due to privacy laws, they don’t inform us of the exact nature of the failed check.
The Order Email you would have received is an acknowledgement that we have received your order request. Our T & C’s state that “Orders are acknowledged by email as soon as possible. Any email or other acknowledgement from us does not constitute our legal acceptance of your order. The offer is only accepted when we process the order and dispatch the items.”
