This is a company that really does not…

This is a company that really does not care. They will take your order, take your money and never have any intention to deliver any flowers. They don’t even care when you catch them lying but they will return your money when caught.

DO NOT use this company

DO NOT use this company. They lie, say they can deliver same day, and then fail and ruin the special occasion. They don't tell you at the beginning 'we can't do that today'; they just fail and want to still charge you to deliver it late. They should not be in business.

Awful

Awful. I haven’t ever bought from this company. Yet they have my email and the refuse to stop emailing me. I have requested 3 times to stop emailing me and I have tried unsubscribing. They refuse to stop emailing me despite claiming twice to have removed my email address. Abuse of personal data. Awful company.

unacceptable service

I placed 2 orders at the same time to be delivered to the same address (which is MY address) and I only received 1 on the day I requested. I called to inquire about the missing arrangement and could not understand the man on the phone (customer service agent) I sent an email that received no response, then called customer service a 2nd time and after I was told I could have the arrangement delivered the next day (the day after Valentine's Day=pointless) I chose to cancel my order. I also requested to be emailed a copy of both the complaint and the cancellation and did not receive either one

awful company

Promised delivery date failed expect over a hour hold before you can speak to a customer representative they apologize and promised delivery the next morning failed again gave them till 3pm no flowers called after a hour of wait again cancelled my other not worth the headache
