Found them to be excellent. Only had the fibre link for a few weeks but everything is looking good so far. More importantly the service is first rate and very quick. Response rate to emails take just a few minutes - rather than several days or weeks when we used to deal with Virgin. Technical support is helpful and they seem to know what is going on, whoever you speak to.
After having virgin for 3 years I moved house. Had to take Sky Broadband as Virgin didn't serve my area... couldn't last 2 months with Sky as it was absolutely AWFUL!
Got Telcom and I'm so happy! You get 120Mbps for 30 pounds which is a normal price! But unlike others they don't cap your broadband connection - you get same upload and download speeds and there's no limit.
Also very affordable and their routers are 5Ghz with USB ports!
