Since getting my new alarm, I have set it off. Several times by accident and not knowing how to cancel the call ( I do know now) the people on the other end are so patient and polite with me. I thank them.

Very good experience. Online information about falls alarm very accessible full explanation, easy to understand and also promptly received hard copy to share with elderly mother. Very easy to order alarm on website, falls alarm delivered within 24 hours. Extremely easy to set up following how to leaflet, very easy to test with prompt reply from call centre. Gives family peace of mind that elderly mother has wrist band falls alarm for safety.

TELECARE 24 GPS ALARM
It was a very easy company to deal with. Friendly and helpful service with a quick dispatch time. Very easy to set up the GPS Alarm system and a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Also the system has a Roaming mobile Sim, so does not need the Internet! Which would have been approximately another £30.00 on top of the alarm system, so Internet cost saved!!

Digital upgrade successful
Advisors at the call centre were very helpful and explained the process of the analog to digital upgrade. The new device arrived a few days later and the instructions were easy to follow and a test call was made to ensure that the fall alarm was working.
