Signed up for them in 2019
Signed up for them in 2019. They charged us $200 3 times that year, $600. It was supposed to be $200 per year. We never received 1 lead and requested they cancel our account at the end of 2019. They have been harassing us ever since. I had to cancel the CC we used, because they kept banging it for $200. Just today, we received 10 emails in a row demanding we pay $200 or they will cancel our account. (5 years later) PLEASE CANCEL THE ACCOUNT!!!!
Sent us an email claiming they could not process a charge on our card and our listing was being put on hold. We have never used this company, they do not have our CC on file, and they were never authorized to use our information on their site. It appears they may never have had a listing for our company, a search for our city produces no results for us or any competitor. In fact, they showed no listing for any telecom companies in our state in that search.
This company sent me an e-mail to my Landscaping company saying our account was going to be closed for non-payment. I looked up my companies profile on their site and the phone number listed was actually for Angi. It appears they pulled our information off of Angi.com and probably did it to make it look like they have more users than they really do. It is strange that someone would list my landscaping company on a telecom site.
I see more customers with the same problem double billing
Used to be a good business to be part off but it turn out a scam wow. The charged my business for a year 2023 one time of $200
What suppose to be a $20.00
No one is maintaining the site account they have it on auto charge so we all get screw with no refunds for the double billing
Now they are sending me a cancelation notification but they
Got paid for 2023 . No customer service anymore...
Beware of this company and phoneinstallers. Com. Unethical, has billed my CC for more than $2,000.00 and will not respond to resolve this issue
