Bought Sony Xperia recently the phone has serious problems. Email bounces back, phone doesn't work. This company does not seem to exist anymore, or operates under different name. Be aware!

I admire the concise and simple feature of the website. Easy to choose. Considerably fast for delivery

I recently got a phone as the present from this place, and I wanted to replace after about one week. Even though they advertise a 14-day return policy, they refused to do return or exchange the phone. Moreover the person I spoke to was very rude. Finally, they also blocked my phone number so I cannot call the customer service again, and it as after the first call that I made. I also try emailing and asked to get in touch with the manager of the store, and received no response. I don't recommend you to use this shop!

Good price and quick delivery but not good for NL Business Purchase: the business does not make it obvious they do not support the purchase of products by a Netherlands VAT (BTW) registered business. So they will not supply excluding VAT + quoting your BTW (VAT) number.

Delivery was fast and product was as requested.

I ordered an Iphone 7 and it was quickly given to PostNL for delivery. It got delivered when I was not home and the online tracking system showed as is someone signed on behalf of me. The signature for delivery was probably forged by the postman as he did not even try to deliver it to any one of my neighbours or the dentist practice at the bottom floor of the building. Forging someone's signature is a serious crime and its sanctioned with imprisonment.

I called all my neighbours and no one had my package. I called PostNL and they said because Telecomwinkel chose to deliver whomever in the building, they could not do anything.

I called Telecomwinkel and asked them to start an investigation which they said they did and they did not get back to me for 3 weeks.

I came home and found out that the package (an Iphone that costs €800+) was left on top of the mailbox which is reachable by anyone that passes from the street. The box was a little bit smudged and the screen protector was completely broken. Luckily the phone was okay.

After 3 weeks Telecomwinkel sends me an e-mail and tells me that I can find my package in the dentist practice. Seriously? I have never seen such a careless delivery system that does not give a crap about a customer that called them almost everyday, and their so-called investigation results in a stupid lie.

I will never buy anything from this place ever again.

Bought iPad Air 2 last Desember, all is well!

Ordered an iphone 5S and everything went smooth and fine as informed in their web site and expected.

The delivery is not the fastest it took around 4 days but they already said that, it was in the website but other shops offer a 24 hours delivery

Competitive prices, web-site easy to navigate and fast delivery. Feel very satisfied with purchase and will definitely continue to use this site.
