Haven't had problems with them in the past, but this time they took my money and haven't contacted me in 2 weeks. States in their website they'll call or or send a renewal script in a couple of hours.
I've called repeatedly and told multiple times they can't contact the accounting team to sort it out. "I'll email this out at URGENT and get back to you by end of day" have been told this multiple times and nothing....
