¡SERVICIO BASURA Y ESTAFA EMOCIONAL

¡SERVICIO BASURA Y ESTAFA EMOCIONAL! Hice un pedido desde USA para el Día de la Madre y les dio igual. No entregaron, NO me avisaron y me tocó a mí perseguirlos desde el extranjero para que me dijeran que "se les olvidó". Son unos incompetentes sin un gramo de empatía que se burlan de tu tiempo y tu dinero con respuestas automáticas. Me arruinaron el regalo y el día por su negligencia total. ¡UN INSULTO AL CLIENTE! NO COMPREN AQUÍ, SON LO PEOR DE ESPAÑA

Me parece lamentable haberme gastado…

Me parece lamentable haberme gastado casi 50€ en un ramo de flores, para que no llegue el dia que me marcaba que iba a llegar. Espero que llegue lo antes posible o que me devuelvan mi dinero porque era un regalo por un cumpleaños, pienso poner una reclamacion y que se tomen medidas. No pidais nada aqui

No flowers, no money

Esta empresa es una farsa, se quedaron con mi dinero y ni flores ni nada, 84€ y pérdida de tiempo y quedar mal, es lo que gane con ellos.
This enterprise is a scam, I lost money , time and good reputation with the person who was supposed to receive it, I spent 84€ and Nothing in return, please don’t trust them.
