Telemart got worst customer service. Never buy anything from these jerks. I ordered a product a month ago and its still in processing. Upon contacting they always say it would take 3-4 days but they just lying straight face cz these scammers never actually have the product in stock.

Telemart SCAM ALERT

Guys, never ever order with prepayment on telemart. My story starts on 9th July 2024, I am ssing telemart from 2015 and trusted on the name of telemart hense placed the order of AC without hesitation. Telemart policy is that payment for items above Rs 50k should be in advance. So, I placed the order and paid by bank transfer of Rs 136200. They called to confirm the order. . After 3 days when I checked the order status it shows order processing, Then I’ve tried to contact via chat or live support or phone support but is not there, the number is turned off. There was a Whatsapp number which is given only to fool, it is not supported.

Processing was still going on, I was generating support tickets at support.telemart.pk but I am still getting the same reply that it will be dispatched in 2-3 days and after 15 days I lost my patience and on 24th July I reached telemart physical office near Shaheed and Millat Road, after that I met the category manager of appliances. He also told me that it will be delivered in 2-3 days or later, I got his whatsapp number and tried contacted him afterward, he replied 2 to 3 times but not attending my calls and after 29th July he stop replying! . I kept calling the telemart office again and again and told him that if you have not arranged for me to cancel my order on 26th July. But my order cancellation email came on 31 july 2024. It is clearly mentioned on the website that if telemart failed to fulfill the order they will refund in 5 to 10 days but it is not so.

Then I visited Telemart again and again and met the reception guy and contacted him via Whatsapp. They make me feel bagger to asking for my money. Finally in the 5th visit I spent 1 hour sitting in their office received the cash check on 20th August 2024 after 43 Days of order placement because I was in Karachi and visiting Telemart office regularly and sat their 1 Hour each time. If anyone is outside Karachi then Allah is the owner of your money.

Well, by the grace of Allah, I got my refund after 43 days of placing the order, on which my every visit was 1.5 hours long, fuel cost and 30 rupees for parking also. Their model of business I realized is that when an order is received, they rush to the market to get the product. Any smart person should think 100 times before shopping from telemart or read online reviews, all the screenshots are attached!!!!! Say no to advance payment in Pakistan especially To TELEMART

This is the 4th time I bought products from Telemart. Overall my experience was just average and I will be giving 3 stars for that.

One of the products which is the Voice-Control Led Lamp is not of good quality, I should say it's below average. Most of the time it doesn't react to the commands I provide and not all the commands work.

I'm happy with the other 2 products.

I would suggest the owner of Telemart to please enhance the overall customer support experience. Answers to the questions are not provided timely. Also, I have seen so many products on Telemart that don't have a 1 year brand warranty on them but when I check the same products on Daraz they do provide 1 year warranty on their products. Maybe the Telemart staff mistakenly haven't added that in the description of their products.

As a customer, I would love to see these positive changes and maybe then the customers would be providing you with a 5-star rating. :)

They are a scam. I paid in advance for a charger, and they initially asked me to wait 2-4 days. Then they requested another 3-4 days, repeating this process for about two weeks while making excuses. Despite their website showing the charger in stock, they never shipped it. When I ordered, the price was half of what it is now. They increased the price by 100% and never sent the charger or issued a refund, likely to save money. Please, never buy from them and definitely don't pay in advance.

Pathetic customer service recieved incomplete order and advance paid fully on complaining several times no one is responding through any channel

I generally never want to be unfair in reviewing any business but without any doubt, this is perhaps the worst online shopping experience i had so far in last 15 years of online ordering.

If i could inform every consumer about them i would do so.

I ordered a phone beginning June 2024 for my family, with the biggest mistake of pre paying hoping this will speed things up. Instead the phone goes out of stock and refund is "initiated" but never comes (I wonder how much time it takes in era of bank transfer to send money).

Then i decide to instead order an item on stock and cancel refund since there was no hope of refund, as usual 1 week past and no shipment done although it says delivery time 4-5 days.

the customer service is non existent and i wonder if the owners on purpose are running business like this. Everytime I raise a ticket or contact via WhatsApp, i get a homeopathic answer "your order is in process and will be dispatched soon".

I have placed few of the orders on a gift card and it is more than 2 months now but they haven't done anything regarding my orders.

I am extremely disappointed with Telemart. I ordered two Seagate Expansion 1TB External Hard Drives on January 14, 2024 (Order #3031095812392). Despite the confirmation and payment via Digital Bank Transfer, I have yet to receive my items. It's been quite some time, and there's been no update on the delivery status. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected better communication and timely delivery from a company like Telemart. I will not be ordering from here again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Telemart is totally scam in Pakistan I ordered an item from Telemart, which was in stock at the time of purchase. A few days later, I emailed that I haven't received my orders they replied the product was no longer in stock. I canceled the order and requested a refund, but it's been over a month and I still haven't received my money back. Avoid this company.

I ordered on 21 May 2024, they Canceled my order three times and asked me to order again. And now today's date is 08-06-2024, My order is still in process. They are frauds. Please be aware of them. Don't waste your money on Telemart.

I have ordered Earbuds on 27th of July after 7 days they cancelled my order due to shortage of material.i had paid in advance that's why they asked me to place an other order. Now the another order is still processing and they asked me " item is not delivered in our warehouse due to some issues" it's means that they don't want sent me anything.

Don't deal with them. They Sent me a cash on delivery parcel for which I had paid earlier while checking out.. I was contacted by telemart to receive it and they'll make it even in the next order. Now I can't call that number because it has been turned off.

They don't send other order or care to resolve the issue.

Scam Alert!

Beware of this fraud company they are following a dropshipping model and haven't delivered my product even after 34 days. Mistake I made was to pay them in advance

Customer support is pathetic, they send copy paste messages, and reply after days.

Really disappointed! Better to order from Daraz.

I ordered a headphone they didn't it to me in 3 weeks and then i asked them to refund my money so they are not refunding my money (7 weeks are done)

Ordered and paid for an iPad 9. Never got the iPad and have not received a refund despite multiple refund tickets. Like other people here they just keep on saying they are expediting the process and stuff like this but never refund the money. It has been more than a month since I cancelled my order and asked for my money back.

I wish I had known about Trustpilot before and read the reviews here about Telemart, I would never have ordered nor transferred money to these frauds.

Fraud!! They are not refunding my amount.

They are fraud. I ordered a watch from Telemart. My order was placed, and I received an email from them. They informed me that my order wasn't placed, but they didn't provide any solid proof. Instead, they took all the money. Please do not buy anything from here by paying in advance.

Worst e commerce platform ever
I ordered my order on jan 2nd and its almost a month since i placed it in full advance , still no response. Truly very disappointing
