Un professional treatment of their customers. Long waiting times to get in touch with support, and watch out for being tricked in to a expensive agreement that runs for a year.
Their technical platform is really old when it comes to mobility.

Telge Energi is the worst experience I ever had from a supplier. I regret I ordered my solar panel installation from this company. I could live with the fact that the project co-ordination was non-existant but I cannot tolerate that they refuse to communicate. Not responding to either calls or emails is un-acceptable. WARNING!!!
Thanks for your response. If you bother to improve your customer service, you can start by responding to my emails. I do not want to spend more time in trying to contact you.
