We do not like that Tello did not let us know in advance about all of the plan reductions, now, no flexibility or many options, bad business, we do not like the reduced options now, it is greedy on their part. Perhaps me and all my family members will switch to a new company now, we will do reviews of tello about all of this, it is very unprofessional of you and we are not happy with these changes and will let the public know. I really do not like what you have done, now have lost respect for your company for doing all of this by taking away our options and my plan. It was not very nice of tello. They have many quirks and now did away with so many options in calls and data, it is just not worth it now. It used to be good, but they got greedy and godless in their approach. We will likely switch now. Too bad, they were good, but got greedy.

The Representative was what my experience great! I am so sorry, I forgot his name but, I called in to change my billing payment and had to also change my password and everytime I tried to follow his instructions I made errors and he had to send me another code in my email. He was so patient and kind and very pleasant to speak with and I appreciated that he did not make me feel embarassed from my ignorance of computer things. Thanks for hiring the Best. Sincerely, Linda
First of all not only is the service legit and super budget friendly, but the customer service is awesome as well! I wanted to keep my number and plan past it expiring, and a really great rep named Jhonatan Cadima, very quickly and professionally solved my issue and kept my number and plan going after the expiration date. I recommend this company to all who wants a great low budget phone plan!

My experience with Tello is just amazing.
I’m a senior and I’m not real savvy with my iPhone especially my older SE. The representative that helped me was so patient that I was embarrassed to say the least at how long he stayed on the phone.
You can’t beat Tello on pricing.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. My work phone was disconnected even though I paid for a month, and for no reason you start pulling this nonsense—I can't log into my account, I reset my password, and it still doesn't work... Absolute piece of shit

Tello was responsive and helpful on IG because I was abroad and unable to call. I applaud their handling of the situation and will happily use their services next time I’m in the US.
This is a wonderful provider as they pay to sit on TMobile towers. We all know that ATT and VERIZON no longer has the best service. They are being lazy and not paying what they should to keep phone service at three or better in ALL areas of the city. We live in Vegas and this should not be an issue but it is. My other phone sits on ATT and I will be moving it to Tello also!
The reps ( I talked to two of them) were very helpful and thorough. Especially the 2nd rep (Nicole) She did everything to help me be successful with my phone. She was very patient with my ineptness. It looks like tello will do whatever it takes for my phone service to work properly.

I've been a Tello customer now for 6 years. From switching to present the service has been beyond phenomenal: it's great to be able to talk to someone with any problem and the promotions are great! Now, I have more data on my very affordable plan and wanted to take a moment to thank Tello for the useful gift. My grown children FaceTime me rather than call, and having the extra data for that is a life-saver! I don't have to sacrifice contact with my grown children (on their terms) and worry about having enough data! I wanted Tello to know, and they didn't have a portal for me to e-mail them to thank them; I believe they used to, but I want them to know compliments and communication (beyond support) does not hurt. Still, technical support invited me to share my experience today, and here it is!

Man, I had the WORST experience with AT&T customer support today. I'm so grateful for Lucas's help.
To contact AT&T you need to call through a dozen different phone numbers, listen to a million different automated "help" systems, and ultimately be mishandled as a customer. I called in to AT&T and spent over 45 minutes and got zero help for my inquiry.
Then comes Tello. I call once through the website, I get connected to Lucas within 1-2 minutes, no crazy hold times, no AI voice systems, just pure good old-fashioned customer service. Lucas answered all my questions, and now I am much more informed on my Tello needs, and on my way to becoming a customer!
