Worst customer services. No communication between the agents. All have different opinion and suggestion for same problem. Most of them think to finish the call and go to another customer.

Cancelled by internet. I was told to return the router which I did. Got a confirmation but they still took 1000 dkk for the router. Called them the next day and they said they would return the money and it was mistake. Called them again 5 days later. Now they also want a older router that they themselves said was broken after technical suppet. They have not asked to get it back. They still intend to keep my money until it is returned. Now I am forced to tell them I will tell my bank to cancel the money the took.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Stating different things and not even telling customers to keep old equipment that they have said is broken.

I have been a customer of Telmore with three subscriptions: two broadband connections and one mobile subscription including four streaming services.
In December last year, I wanted to change two out of the three subscriptions so that one broadband connection and my mobile subscription would be transferred to my business, while the other broadband connection would remain private. In connection with this change, all of my existing subscriptions were mistakenly terminated and re-created under my business account. The private broadband should never have been terminated.
This is where the problems began.
The first employee I spoke with mistakenly terminated all of my subscriptions. I received new equipment to replace the old one and returned the old equipment immediately. Nevertheless, the old broadband connection was disconnected before it should have been, even though I am still paying full price for it one and a half months later. At the same time, the new broadband was not properly activated. As a result, we were left without internet for several days over a weekend.
When I contacted Telmore on Monday, one broadband connection was activated again. However, the problems did not stop there.
From December 16 until today (11.02.26), I have been charged for a total of four broadband subscriptions, even though I only need two. Telmore has received the old equipment back more than a month ago. I have contacted Telmore almost every weekday and spent between one and one and a half hours each time trying to resolve the issue. Every time I speak with a new employee, it feels as though the case starts over from the beginning, and the situation becomes increasingly confusing.
Telmore has informed me that I cannot get my money back and that the termination of the two old broadband subscriptions will only take effect at the end of February. This means I am paying full price for subscriptions I do not use, and which were created due to errors in their handling of my case.
I have experienced very inadequate case management, poor coordination, and no real solution to a problem that should have been handled correctly from the start. It is unacceptable to pay for four broadband subscriptions when I only need two, especially when the situation is caused by errors on the company’s side.
I would therefore strongly advise others to be very cautious if they are considering changes or transfers of subscriptions with Telmore.
