Money sucking company
they are very annoying they promise me to charge 149kr pr monthly and take extra 100kr for other services which i don’t need and when i call them they say i will send money to me but money never comes. Also another situation where salesman promised me to activate my subscription plan from January 1st they started charging me mid December and when i want to use my simcard from january its blocked and i am asked to pay full money which is 370kr and counting if i dont pay it soon. When i called them waiting for 30min just to connect to them and the guy said i cant help you you need to pay everything. They just want to suck money

Stay away from Telmore – bad start
A week ago, I agreed by phone with Telmore customer service to move my two numbers to Telmore. Unfortunately, the experience has started very badly, and I would not recommend moving your lines based on a phone agreement.
During the call, I was promised 2 lines with 3 SIMs, including smartwatch plans, for 150 DKK total with 15 GB data for each line. Later, I discovered that my lines were registered as 3 GB plans with only 2 SIMs, charged at 59 DKK each, which is not what was agreed.
I was promised an eSIM, but instead I received a physical SIM card today, without any clear explanation. Yesterday, Telmore said they would fix everything, but nothing was resolved.
Because of this situation, I was unable to use my phone for half a day, meaning I could not make or receive calls. Despite this, I still received an SMS saying my line would be transferred.
Customer service is very difficult to reach, and support is not available on weekends.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating start. I am considering canceling my request,

Update to my previous review
Today, after waiting 25 minutes on the phone, I finally reached Telmore customer service. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse.
I realized that I was completely misled by the sales agent who contacted me to transfer my lines. I was clearly promised that I would pay 150 DKK for 2 numbers and one eSIM for a smartwatch. The smartwatch option was the main reason why I chose to move to Telmore.
However, today I learned that Telmore does not offer eSIM for smartwatches at all, and that their subscriptions are only 3 GB per line, which was never explained to me during the sales call.
To make things worse, my numbers were transferred to Telmore on December 31 in the afternoon, and I was informed today that I must still pay a bill for December. because my simcard was on half day. ofcourse not informed about this and therefore did not make the payment, both of my lines are now blocked.
Customer service was unable to resolve the issue. I was told they would try to find someone to call me back today, but most likely I will only be contacted on Monday.(what customer services said)
This is extremely disappointing service, and the information given by the sales agent was incorrect and misleading. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Telmore.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever. If you’re in minus. They will shut down you’re phone on Friday’s so you’ll wait 2 days (til Monday) - they hen they’ll open you’re number again if you’re minus -0,44. And pay a fee if 100dkk. To open it again. After you just waited 2 days and can’t use your phone. 😬 they definitely lost a costumer now. It happened to me too often now. So s#ck my aubergine 🍆

I ported my number to telmore last…
I ported my number to telmore last month but there service was so terrible.. salesman told me if I purchase two subscription then i will get one month free. I brought two subcription but still they ask for bill . That’s ok. But the main problem is from this month I transfer my number to telenor and they send me bill where mentioned the double amount of the subcription price . I used telmore 10 days of this month so they should charge me for 10 days but they charge me 298kr while my subcription price is 159 kr. Is this joke or something? Now i feel regret why i port my number to telmore. Just ignore this company. The other company like telenor , norlys they charged for the amount which i used but they charged for whole month plus additional hidden charges.

The way Telmore handles the launch is horrible!
Still taking order (today 8/10) on a Phone that people have ordered on the (12/9 - within an hour of release) and still not received... there is nothing they can tell about when you get it, it's just "you get it when you get it" meanwhile they take orders every single day ...
