tried to speak to someone about renewal after receiving e mail saying my subscription was running out. my .tel site is not on the first 8 pages of google, so its doing nothing. all phone numbers have been taken off telnames site and the only contact is by email. I would warn against dealing with faceless people who don't want to speak to you.

Really like the site, and really easy to set up. Already had a number of calls through my .tel.

Doing loads of kids parties and events I am on the move and need my business to be too! My mobile website was pretty simple to setup and I am looking forward to seeing more business come in from it! Had a bit of an issue loading an image but the live chat lady sorted that out for me - good service, now bring on the juggling

A good, easy to use product that has been beneficial to my small business.

I first set up a Telname last year for my old business (also in transportation) and found that apart from being easy to set up and keep track of, it gave me a useful business tool that is easy to give out to customers and at networking events. I find that with my lack of tecchy skills even I am able to manage this one! I am confident that this new site will also make life easier for me.

TRULY ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, IGNORANT WITH A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND VERY UNHELPFUL, THEY HIDE BEHIND JARGON LIKE "DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS" AS EXCUSES FOR NOT KNOWING THEIR OWN COMPANY, AND WHEN THEY CANT ANSWER YOU, RATHER THAN ADOPTING A POSTIVE APPROACH AND TRYING TO HELP YOU WHICH IS PATHETIC AND INFURIATING. AND WHEN YOU ASK TO MAKE A COMPLAINT NOBODY ACTS UPON IT AND THEY THEN IGNORE YOU AND THEN DONT GET BACK TO YOU PROBABLY HOPING YOU WILL JUST FORGET AND GO AWAY, THEN WHEN YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW IT UP TO ASK WHAT'S HAPPENING THEY IGNORE YOU AGIN.........THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS TO PROVE THIS!!!!! THEY HAVE ALSO ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE MY FEEDBACK ONCE ALREADY UNDER THE REASON OF "COARSE LANGUAGE" I PREFER TO CALL IT "STRAIGHT TALKING" OR "TELL IT HOW IT IS"

LIKE I SAID AN IGNORANT AND ARROGANT LEVEL OF SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY LACK OF SERVICE.

PLUS WHEN THEY GET YOU ON BOARD THEY ARE GOING TO BE TRYING TO RAMP THE ANNUAL RENEWAL CHARGE RIGHT UP! MARK MY WORDS ON THAT ONE.............AND SECONDLY THEY DON'T HAVE A NORMAL LANDLINE NUMBER AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT OUT TO CUSTOMERS PREFERRING WE PAY PREMIUM RATE 08 NUMBERS TO GET SO CALLED SERVICE WHEN THEY DO ALREADY HAVE A NORMAL LANDLINE NUMBER TO CALL IN ON BUT WONT GIVE IT OUT........ WE LIVE IN AN AGE WHERE SO MANY OF US JUST USE MOBLE PHONES NOW, PARTICULARLY THE SMALLER BUSINNESS PERSON WHOM MAY USE THIS SERVICE, REFUND MY MONEY AND I WILL GO ELSWHERE AND TO A COMPANY THAT VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS....... UNLIKE YOURSELVES!!!!!!

AFTER PUBLISHING MY COMMENTS HERE I DID RECEIVE A PHONE CALL THE NEXT MORNING WANTING TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT WHICH WAS NOT AT A CONVIENIANT TIME TO TALK PROPERLY. IT TURNED OUT THAT THE INDIVIDUAL CALLING ME WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE VERY SAME PERSON WHO GAVE ME THE APPALLING SERVICE!!!! AND STILL MY COMPLAINT NEVER GOT ESCALATED TO THE HIGHER LEVEL THAT I DID ORIGINALLY ASK FOR!!! THEY TRIED TO JUSTIFY THIER ACTIONS BY STATING THE PROBLEM EMAILS THAT THEY RECEIVE BEING A PROBLEM TO THEM TRYING TO MAKE ME FEEL THAT THIER PROBLEM WAS ACTUALLY MINE!!!!! AND OFFERING ONLINE CHAT AS A SOLUTION WHICH IS PAINFUL AS WE ARE GIFTED WITH THE POWER OF ORAL CONVERSATION WHICH IS SO MUCH QUICKER THAN TYPING A CONVERSATION!!! IF THEY WERE MORE OPEN TO TAKE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS PERHAPS THEY OR WE WOULDNT HAVE THE PROBLEM EMAILS AND THINGS WOULD GET RESOLVED A LOT QUICKER, THIS CAN BE SAID OF TOOOO MANY COMPANIES THESE DAYS AND NEEDS TO CHANGE IN MY OPINION, BE VOCAL PEOPLE.

INSTEAD THEY THEN CHOSE TO REMOVE MY ORIGINAL POST FROM HERE DUE TO "COARSE LANGUAGE" WHICH IS FAIR AS I CAN BE BLUNT AND DIRECT AND RIGHLTY SO IN MY OPINION. SO TO BE FAIR I REMOVED THE "COARSE" WORDS USED AND THEN RE POSTED.

I CANT ALSO HELP BUT NOTICE OTHER COMMENTS HERE WHERE PEOPLE SEEM TO HAVE BEEN SOLD THE SERVICE UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING OF GETTING MANY ENQUIRES WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY DIDNT GET FROM USING TELNAMES. CERTAINLY MY SITE DOESNT APPEAR TO HAVE GENERATED ME ANYTHING AT ALL NOR HAS IT BEEN CORRECTLY FUNCTIONING FROM DAY ONE AND DONT SEEM TO HAVE BENEFITTED BY THIS SERVICE, AND I HAD VARIOUS ISSUES I NEEDED TO RESLOVE AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN NEARLY 6 MONTHS ON.

P.S. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS [private data removed] I HOPE THAT HELPS OTHERS OUT THERE.

I tried this as a bit of a punt. At the cost at which it was offered it was pretty low risk. I was happy with the result. A quick low cost entry into mobile marketing

Great product. Very quick and easy to set up to start with. I have given my .tel name to all my customers and they now have all my contact details available through it. I can even update it on the go using my iPhone. Definitely recommend.

I have purchased two .tels now and am so impressed with how easy it was to set up a .tel, how professional it looks especially for a techie phobe and the content you can display. The set up instructions were really easy to follow and I am so happy with the end result..,It has already proven to be an important marketing tool as I have received phone calls on the back of having it. I can't recommend this product highly enough, especially for smes or individual consultants like me who want a web presence that is mobile friendly and a marketing tool. With your telname you can link it to your other online properties such as twitter, google place or even Facebook. By linking to all these other sites i found it improved my leads even more. Congratulations to telnames for a fantastic product! It would be great if you could also add a payment mechanism such as paypal onto my telnames so that i can turn it into a mobile ecommerce site as well.

This is the most amazing product I have tried. I bought my telname several months ago and had absolutely no problem setting it up. In a matter of minutes I was online with a mobile optimised site. I also set up google analytics on my telname to track leads. The results have been very impressive. Buying a telnames has been the cheapest and simplest way for me to get online and drive traffic to my website. Great invention! Keep up the good work.

Months after setting up my tel i have had no equiries through it. I couldn't find my tel on the first 20 pages on my google search so gave up on looking for it. I recommend you save your money.
