Not worth the hassle

Wow evey step of the way trying to get the esim activated there were issues. And you cannot activaye early as you can only activate upon arrival. Better of buying a physical sim at the airport

Some of the worst customer service - more than 24hours for esim activation!

Some of the worst customer service. Purchased an esim and it took more than 24hours for them to sort out the activation. Every time I message or call them, it's the standard reply that their team is working on it and will be done in the next 2-3hours. Keeps repeating the same thing over and over again! Can't even bloody cancel my order as they just ignored my request and continue to ask me to wait.
