Not a good experience

Sizing is horribly inaccurate. Customer service is horrible. Got a gift as a Christmas present. The giftee came back with it saying it didn't fit. I filed a claim but was denied because it was one day over their policy. Reached out to them through phone but it's an automated system only to check order arrival. Reached out to them by email to see if maybe that color ran small and what size did I actually need to order to get the desired result. They emailed back a link of their sizing chart. I emailed them back and explained again that the size that I ordered had that size of the tag, but was two sizes smaller than their chart. They emailed back that their size chart was accurate. Just no help whatsoever. Would not recommend to anyone.

This company is not easy to work with

This company is not easy to work with. My father has had problems both times he ordered from them. The first time he received the wrong order. He filed a claim and never heard back from them. The most recent order was placed on September 1, by October 5th he’d discovered from our post office that the order was lost. He filed a claim with the company that was denied because it was too early to file a claim. They didn’t tell him why it was denied. He’s kept checking the post office just in case. He’s disabled and feels he has gotten the run around. When I followed up to see what could be done I was told that now it’s too late to do anything. Not cool!

Kept me updated on the order process from day one. Received it the day I was told. Great product and quality. Really like my sweatshirts. Giving 3 of them for Christmas Gifts. I will order from this company many times over.

I ordered 3 items sent to two different addresses. I received status updates on both orders throughout the delivery process. Even though the deliveries for my order went to two different states they were delivered within a day of one another. Great quality shirts and hoodies, and great quality printing. I will definitely be ordering from temazing again.

I ordered 2 shirts from them over a month ago and they still have not arrived. I have reached out to them via their customer service link 2 times, and I keep getting a copy and paste email that says "your order will ship on 07/08/2020. Funny thing is it is 07/19/2020 and they are still sending me that same email. I ordered on 06/10/2020 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE PROCESSING TIMES. TOTAL JOKE, NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Order a shirt from them almost 2 months ago. Still has not arrived. I've emailed the company numerous times, asking for a tracking number or any information as to where my order is. I have had no response. Just out the money I guess. Quick to take it, but can't ship out...

I'd really love to give zero stars but it wont let me. Customer service sucks you can't get a reply via email or phone without an order number. You can't look up the order number on the website because it tells you you don't have one. They took the $150 out of my account fast enough
I've been waiting 2 months on items that were supposed to ship within days. BBB is being contacted next. This company and miaprintpro appear to be scams. Highly unsatisfied!!

don't waste money

Advertise orders out in "business" 10 days. No, they take your money, blame Covid cause they have 4 facilities in the US and they are trying to get things out. Then they need to cease the 10 day order, and get decent customer service. Will not recommend them, and as seeing others with the same issue, it will be interesting to see when the orders finally arrive.

Terrible Customer Service - Problem never got resolved - Felt like a # - Out $160 US.

I was very disappointed with this company! They treated us like a number and didn't really care about our customer experience. They do not offer phone support and you continually get the same 'template' email saying they have submitted a claim for you.

Basically, we spent $160 US for 6 t-shirts and only able to use 1. We can't return what we have and are not about to order 5 more and spend another $130 US. That’s ridiculous!!!! We do not recommend this company.

I love the hoodie..I was very upset and…

I love the hoodie..I was very upset and disappointed when they sent me the wrong size. I sent and email because I really had a hard time getting a hold of them. So wrote an email and left it. THEY GOT A HOLD OF ME AND RIGHTED THE WHOLE THING! with the whole pandemic going on I will definitely recommend this product.

Very poor customer servicr

Trying to get in touch is dreadful. Sizes are not good and I asked for help and got standard replies. After my third request for help re exchange there was a little more help but then told claim not validated as there were 2 other claims open. These are only open because they did not respond. Nice goods but very poor customer service
