Total scam. Took over a month to even get a response through email. After 2 months, the two leggings came and was too small. Materials were terrible. No soft fur as advertised. I emailed and asked for a refund or exchange. They said can’t. Will never recommend this piece of sh** site to anyone. Fuc****!!

I submitting photos to them of the product vs what is shown on their website they refuse to exchange or refund. Even when your order clearly falls under their return policy in every way.

Ordered 3 pairs of super thick cashmere leggings and agreed to pay $83.97 on 12/1/20. I was charged $96.57 however and the leggings are not what I ordered and do not have any cashmere on them. No return information provided except and email address. The response to my email was they shipped the correct product and offered a $3 refund and then said they could up it to $5. They are terrible!!! Luckily, I still had time to order and receive some nice leggings from Amazon before Christmas.

sized crap! Nothing like the advertised item. And if you used PayPal, they didn't help a bit in getting the "100% money back guarantee!!" It costs $40 to return crap items that came through fraud. And, PayPal is still doing business with them even after all of the evidence supplied. I sent 4 advertised images against 4 received images. I wish that I could put them here!!!

I’d give less than 1 star if possible. Customer service is an absolute joke and so is the product they sent. Total bs from a bs company. DO NOT buy from these guys.

A bad product - my husband ordered a size large (I normally take a medium). The size large they sent would fit a 10 year old child. Couldn't even get them all the way on.
Asked for a refund and after many emails - no luck.

Total SCAM!!!!! I ordered a adult large and they sent a childs small. The customer service is a joke. They want to show a QR code which they didn't send. They refuse any refund. I went to my CCard company and will have to get it that way.

This is a SCAM! My fiance ordered me two pair of leggings. He ordered a size up. They will not fit a small child!! They arrived weeks after the promised by Christmas date. It is clear that they will not stand behind their product and are looking to scam their customers. PLEASE do not give them a chance. You WILL be disappointed and out of $$$$.

Straight up fraud. The pants they sent look nothing like what was advertised, low quality. Then they don't honor refunds or their "satisfaction guaranty".

The leggings look nothing as pictured and the sizing is about two sizes smaller than the actual measurements shown. Do not purchase. They will not refund my money even though I meet the exact return policy requirements. HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY.

Absolutely agree with previous reviews. These people are crooks. They advertise a very nice product and sell a piece of junk. The pants don't fit, they don't stretch and the construction quality is awful. Stay away from this website!

SCAM ARTISTS THIS PLACE IS.

I'd love to give this "company" an actual negative star rating. I ordered these pants for my wife & both of us are extremely disappointed. The fleece inside is nothing like what is shown in the videos. Along with them sending the wrong size & not wanting to replace it or refund my money. Their size chart for xl says the inseam is 37.7. The pants we got have an inseam of 26. The pants they sent are not the xl I ordered. I even took pictures & sent it to them & they still refuse to replace them or refund my money.

If I could give zero stars for temptlife.com and the leggings I received, I would! I’m still in the middle of the email process with them, but I don’t expect to receive a refund or a replacement that’s anything close to what is pictured in the advertisement. It’s a lost cause, but I’ll try a little longer. Steer clear of them to begin with, but if it’s too late realize that requesting a refund or return based on sizing is not a battle you will win, so take pictures of your item relative to what’s advertised because that’s where the differences are most glaring. Next step for me is to try PayPal or Facebook as that’s where I saw the ad initially.

This company is horrible. Their website advertises satisfaction guarantee and they will take returns within their policy. Wrong. I ordered up a size and when I recieved it seems as if the leggings are a child's size. The "fleece" lining is also extremely thin. I contacted them saying I would like to return because the leggings do not fit, the reply was that they sent me the correct size I ordered so there is nothing they will do about it. At this point they dodnt even ask for my order number, so how would they even know they sent me the correct size. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I have the same experience as the other reviewers. The leggings are small and short, and the quality is awful. They are nothing like the photos, the lining is not cashmere and is super thin. I contacted support to return and they have come back now 4 times with questions about the size I received. I told them I got the size I ordered, but the sizing is off and its not only about the size, but the quality. The quality is poor and not as advertised. They said they will not return as they sent the size I ordered. I am going to file a claim with Paypal. This business is a scam and they need to be shut down.

What a bunch of cow manure!! This company is a SCAM!! My husband who never purchases on line seen these leggings and told me he wanted to get them for me for Christmas, I normally take a size large so he ordered one size up because that’s what they said to do. First of all they were ordered at the beginning of December never received them until after Christmas which disappointed my husband (like I said he want to get them for me for CHRISTMAS), they were very thin not what was shown in the advertising (false advertising!!), second I couldn’t even get them past my thighs, I don’t know about Chinese people but they all must be very very skinny and very very short! Third they will not even exchange the leggings out for the correct size and then to top it off they want to refund us $5.00, when we spend over $67.00. PLEASE DO NOT FALL PREY TO THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!
I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
