I ordered a garment in size 2XL. According to the size chart, it should have fit. However, when I received it, the size label was detached from the garment. The garment was a size S according to the size chart.

This company did not accept any responsibility for their error. Instead, they responded that if there is no defect, then there is no issue. Wrong size is not an issue.

There was 2 support emails. One from the website, and the other that came from the product. Neither contact was helpful in resolving the issue.

Does not even deserve one star but you have to pick one to post review.

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. CHEAP. CRAP. Did I mention CRAP? This scam is one of the most deceptive marketing campaigns I’ve ever seen. $29 ea. Not worth $2.90. Cheap crap.

They don’t fit...period! I ordered exactly as they recommended by jumping a size up. Inseam said 37”. Got 25”. They don’t stretch at all. So much so that if you can manage to pull them up the ankle is above calf. That is if you can even get them above the calf. Did I mention they don’t stretch?

Then there’s the so called falsely labeled super “thick”“cashmere” lining; whatever fuzzy stuff is inside is so sparse and thin you can see through it and if you’re that one person that gave a positive five star review, you must have padded yours with wads of dryer lint to make them thick. Oh ya, this product is CRAP! Not sure I mentioned that previously?.

I honestly would pay $5/pair if they were made by little kids earning money for summer camp or something. Wait....they probably are but the proceeds aren’t for camp.

The only truth mentioned on their website and order form is that they come in black and gray color. This is true!

When contacting the company about my displeasure they offered me $3. WHAT???? I then wrote a very nice detailed description of what I received compared to what I was sold based upon their website. Not even the same! They then offered me $5 for the inconvenience. Still haven’t seen $3, $5, or $0.01.

Of course being in China we gullible American suckers have no recourse. SAD!

Would leave zero stars if I could. They came 8 weeks after they were ordered. The size was ridiculously small. Ordered a medium and literally fit our 10 year old. Awful customer service. This is a sham.

As stated in previous reviews they do not ship you what they should the sizes are way small than what they say they are I would never ever purchase anything from this company again also took almost 8 weeks to deliver. I email them they responded very promptly with, "they sent me what I ordered" Run from this website!

DO NOT BUY THESE PANTS OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY OUT OF CHINA!!!!! We ordered fleece yoga pants. Took over 6 weeks to arrive and when they did they were 3 sizes too small and made of cheap materials. They refused to exchange or refund. Wish I would have read reviews before buying.

Stay away!!!!! Their website is completely a fraud. They don’t send you the product they advertise. The product they send you is a complete garbage. Then they say 100% money back guarantee. It’s a LIE! I contacted them and first, they ignored me for over 5 weeks and then they said just b/c they sent the correct product, they will not refund. They don’t care about your satisfaction at all. They want your money and they won’t even care to satisfy you in a slightest. They are full of lies and deception. Their product and their messages are full of junk. I’ve never had such bad company. Don’t fall for their lies.

Terrible product! Extremely cheaply made. Took over 6 weeks to get the product. It would be nice to let us know it comes from China. Ordered a women’s medium and the actual size is about a youth large at best. DO NOT order from this company.

Miserable. Have been waiting for 6 weeks and it doesn’t seem like anything will come at all. The company is fraudulent.

My husband ordered 4 pairs of pants for me as a Christmas present, for $121. We waited for a month for them. When items arrived they were extremely small, no Sherpa lined, a total disappointment. I am a small woman, 120lb, size S always fits me. Not theses pants, meant for a midget with no butt at all to wear. SUPER ITCHY! Tried to contact them via email, they gave a FALSE RETURN ADDRESS to my husband. Tried emailing again, no response... NEVER ORDER FROM TEMPTLIFE! I wish my husband had been more meticulous with the online store he bought them from. Feel awful about this situation. Even worse, made in China with who knows what kind of enslaved labor....

This is a fraudulent company!! Do not order from them. I had ordered 3 pairs of plush warm stretchy leggings and the material is completely different from their advertisement. The leggings may fit a child! No return or reimbursement offered! I will file complaint with Better Business Bureau!!

I wish I could leave negative stars. The reviews are true. I got my order weeks later and when I finally did get them, the size was too small. The company would not honor with a return or an exchange. When ordering from an online company, exchanges are bound to happen. This is bad business practice and they need to be taken off of Instagram so they can stop scamming people.

I ordered an XL and it fit my granddaughter who wears a size 4. They refused to exchange or refund my money. Don’t order from them they are horrible and lie!!!!

Sizes run very small. If you order the size you would for a normal US garnet it will not fit. Don’t bother asking for an exchange or refund Temptlife will explain that it is your fault as they sent what you ordered and they regret that they cannot help.

This company sucks! They took 4 weeks to get my pants out to me. Then when they were the wrong size, they would accept an exchange. Dont waste your time!

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered in early December and still have not received my item. Dealing with customer service is beyond frustrating. They repeat themselves with no solutions or sincerity. If this company fell into the utter depths of hell, hell would return them because they suck so badly, but that does not prevent me from still wishing it to happen.

Unfortunately, we ordered from Temptlife and the products are not good quality nor do they honor their return policy. Clearly, they are misleading, unprofessional, and scamming. I feel so sad because we want to support companies but I guess ethics aren’t in their practice. I am reporting and trying to get the BBB involved. Do your research before ordering on-line from Temptlife.

Temptlife is a terrible company. Their ads are misleading, their products are garbage, and their customer service is awful. They don't offer refunds or exchanges when you are dissatisfied. And they treat you in a condescending manner.

I recently ordered a pair of leggings from the company for my wife. The leggings were advertised as slick on the outside and furry on the inside. They were neither. The material was the cheapest I've ever seen and the sizing was way off. My wife is typically a small but we ordered a medium to be safe. The leggings we received were so tiny that she couldn't even fit them over her thighs.

I contacted customer service but they refused to refund me or send me a bigger pair.

Never order anything from Temptlife. You'll get screwed.

Total scam! Don’t buy anything from this website!

I do not even want to give them a review of 1 star. First of all it took forever for these to arrive and once they did like all clothes you buy you try them on. They do not fit. So my husband who purchased them for me as a gift trys to return them. They ask him for pictures or a video of me trying them on. NO!! This is not ok. They refuse to return them even though the return policy states that they may be returned within 30 days. Do not purchase from them not worth it.

Same as everyone else. This site is false publicity. The pants are super small, not fluffy, not stretchy, not wearable. Don't buy from them.
