Avoid at all costs
I booked an end-of-tenancy clean, which was already a costly service. On arrival, only one cleaner turned up, despite being told a team would attend. This cleaner immediately said the property was in poor condition and that extra charges would apply — despite the outgoing tenants having already cleaned it well beforehand. When I asked for the reason behind this extra charge, the cleaner said he had no knowledge of it and couldn't explain it.
I refused to pay the additional charge. On inspecting the property afterwards, it was clear the clean fell well short of what was advertised. The following were not done, and I have photos of all of it: the fridge and freezer (inside and out), woodwork including doors, skirting boards and door frames, wardrobes and cupboards (inside, outside, and on top), any vacuuming or mopping of floors, windows, and light fittings/switches/sockets/lampshades.
When I raised these issues, I was told I risked legal action for "defamation" simply for describing my experience. I also could not verify the accreditations and awards listed on their website, including their claimed membership of an "Institute of Inspection" and a "Best Cleaning Service" award.
I would not recommend this company and would encourage anyone considering them to ask detailed questions before booking, and to check accreditation claims independently.
