Another scam company part of the jp machine and tools.. there a scam aswel..avoid these sites at all costs you won't receive ur items

I was about to buy an air fryer at a significantly cheaper price than everywhere else. I searched the website for all the usual stuff; office address, policies and contact details. I didn’t trust something and saw their unit was listed as Tenancy tools. I googled the name and it bought me to here! Thank goodness it did! Saved a few £100!

I was just about to order a washing machine at an amazing price! thought it was too good to be true so I googled the company name and saw the reviews and peoples experiences of being scammed!

Do not buy ! Scam site , they do not send items but take the money they use made up tracking numbers . They do not respond to emails or telephone . Premises are vacant .
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a Ninja Air fryer from them because it was cheaper than anywhere else. Too good to be true! The same thing that happened to the previous buyer happened to me. I was given a tracking number and a date on when my air fryer should arrive. When I went on the tracking number it said 'on its way'. When it didn't arrive, I emailed them, but no reply from them.
Stay away from this website they are FRAUSTERS!

I am hoping to get my money back from my bank.

This is a fraud website.
I did buy a washing machine and alike others reviews, I did received yhe confirmation email about the order and the tracking number. But then the delivery never did arrive. I did not suspect because of the emails but I did contact them and they never responded me back, then I realised something was wrong and the I searched the place where they told that the delivery was and the whearhouse is not running any delivery service or anything other business. Basically the local is empty.
So please don't buy anything from Tenancy. Very disappointing about this scams company's.

Why has Google not stopped advertising this company??? Scammers

Saw a 'bargain', went for it, but had no opportunity to 'pay securely' as no link. Sent me an email, exactly the same - no link. Started to 'wonder' and did some research......thanks all.

Ordered from this company 7/6/24 total scam. Should have realised to good to be true, don’t be fooled. Do not order from this company.

Do not buy from this website! If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Thanks, Trustpilot, I was so tempted by an amazingly priced air fryer but I found the reviews here and I will not be proceeding!

Was going to purchase jet washer. Thought item was well discounted.checked with trust pilot.

I saw that Tenancytools was the best price for a product i wanted. Placed the order, received email confirmations that initially looked valid, and had 'track your order' links that worked. After a few days the links stopped working, i sent emails that went unanswered, phone calls unanswered. Fortunately as i paid on credit card and it was over £100 i've had it refunded. Scam!

We ordered airfryer and had a recipet for payment but nothing else we are still waiting payed on the 30th of may I am gutted fell for the scam £116 lost

I ordered a fridge freezer and checked every were for reviews and didn’t find anything, so I ordered it on the 16/05/2024, still waiting like a muppet. Can’t get another one till I get my money back. So been with out one. I am disabled

Unfortunately fell for a scam…

Ordered an air fryer on the 5th June, two options either pay via my card or clearpay. Opted for the latter thinking I’d have buyers Protection (silly me). Payment was confirmed but the receipt was from an Nstyle Ltd - 74 Buckingham Road WD6 2QY WHICH made me suspicious and lead me to find all these reviews.

I then emailed info/at/tenancytools.co.uk a number of times to cancel my order finally getting a reply the following day 6th June (Hello! Your order has been cancelled. Kind regards, Martin Allsopp Sales Team).

I confirmed this with clearpay but they hadn’t heard anything so couldn’t and still can’t do anything.

7th June had an email from tenancytools from a Christian Ellington/Delivery Team saying my order had been shipped and included a tracking number with a company called courier space. So far the tracking takes me to a dodgy looking company and gives a delivery date of 19th June.

I have no logged a report with Action Fraud and contacted my bank who cancelled my card. I have to wait till 19th June to see if my order turns up before making a dispute with my bank. Tenancy tools are no longer replying to my emails and clearpay have opened a dispute.
