Staff are so helpful and supportive
Staff are so helpful and supportive, they have a WhatsApp that I can ask questions anytime I like and they will find out information for me and relay it in terms I can understand, they have made it very easy for me to complete this.
The legal world is very confusing for me and they have dealt with most things.
I would definitely recommend everybody to use their service as it is made it stress free.

Excellent choice for support and connecting with solictors
Excellent customer service; booked calls with me and arranged the call with solicitor around appropriate times for me and made sure I understood everything. Worth every penny. They also identified things I could claim for I didn’t even realise! So I was expecting approx £1-2k claim but now it’s become a £5-10k claim so big W! 10/10 the whole team are excellent and can communicate through WhatsApp too so don’t have to worry about missing emails or owt either!

Great experience
Great experience. They talk everything through with you. My landlord hadn’t protected the deposit and was keeping the majority of it. They were able to get me in contact with a solicitor and explain the options I had. I felt felt really supported throughout.

It is a con as did not want to pay for insurance on a NO WIN NO FEE you decided not to go anu futher with me.
Yes things do happen and you had and you were unable to contact tje solicitor on the Friday and you rearanged for the monday. When i asked if it was going ahead you said it wasnt and it wasnt and became argumentative and did not want to help. This gives the impression if you dont pay you dont help. = you are a con.

For the benefit of anyone reading this, we'd like to clarify the timeline.
After confirming you had a valid claim, we introduced you to one of the independent solicitors on our panel. During the introductory call, our colleague explained that the solicitor offered an optional After the Event (ATE) insurance policy and was available to answer any questions you had. When you told us you did not wish to proceed with a firm that offered ATE insurance, we immediately arranged to transfer your case to another solicitor on our panel who does not use ATE insurance. At no point did we insist that you purchase insurance or tell you that you had to proceed with a firm that offered it.
Tenant Angels receives no financial benefit whatsoever from whether a client chooses to take ATE insurance or not. The suggestion that we were motivated by financial gain is simply incorrect.
Unfortunately, the second solicitor became unexpectedly unavailable for the scheduled Friday afternoon call. Whilst this was outside of our control, we apologised immediately and offered to continue the process on Monday. Our WhatsApp correspondence shows that we asked for your availability so we could arrange a new introduction at a time that suited you. We remained willing to arrange that call throughout.
We appreciate that a missed appointment is frustrating. However, we do not believe it is fair to describe Tenant Angels as "a con" or suggest that we only help clients who purchase insurance, as this is simply untrue. We work with a carefully selected panel of independent law firms specifically so clients can choose a solicitor that best suits their preferences and circumstances.
We take the quality of our panel extremely seriously. We continually review the firms we work with and have removed solicitors from our panel where they have not met the standards we expect, because our clients' experience is our highest priority.
Throughout our conversations, our team remained polite, apologised where appropriate and continued trying to find a suitable solution. Although we were unable to reach a resolution that satisfied you, we genuinely wish you all the best with your claim.

Cannot fault this company. They got straight on with my claim and was set up ready to go with solicitor very quickly. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. No messing about either they get straight back to you regarding anything. Would highly recommend.
