I ordered two items from Tenba, only one of which arrived. After numerous emails and calls I have still not received a response or my missing item.
No matter how good the products, the after sales service is awful with no communication.
Tenba cannot be trusted to deliver items you have paid for.
I really like the camera bag. It fits a lot of gear and is comfortable. I took it on a 3 hr hike already and the bag felt great.
The 2 bags were delivered on a timely basis. The bags as good or better than as described. Can not wait to use them.

I have had 9 various models of Tenba bags since 1979. They where all very well made and very useful. I still have 4 of these bags today. Each has different uses for me. I need to stop buying camera bags as it has become an addiction. In the mean time, I am happy with all my Tenba bags.
I know the quality of their products are good but the hassle I had after purchasing a demo stock item is not worth it. Purchased a demo item, the payment came out of my account, and got a confirmation email saying I would receive a shipping confirmation shortly. Waited 2 days with no confirmation. Emailed the support team and did not get an email back. Messaged them on the company Facebook and was contacted back and given another contact to email. Emailed that contact and CC'd the tenba support team and received an email saying the item I purchased is no longer available and I have been refunded. 2 stars because I did get refunded but got no reply for days, no apology, and I'm pretty sure if I hadn't been persistent I would still be waiting for a reply. Bought a backpack for Lowepro instead and couldn't be happier.
I actually cancelled my order because after 2 week of no communication from Tenba, I decided to call to find out that the item was out of stock. Their online store did not say mention that it was out of stock untill I called them. My experience was really bad..no more Tenba for me.
I found the relationship quality/price very good, I love the look and desing, and how protected my gear in with tenba bags.
Tenba has always provided me great service and great products. I suggest them to everyone i know.
