I have bought many pairs of frames and special lenses.
They have always been perfect.
I cannot complain.
Frames are not Italian made quality so adjust your expectations. They are Chinese made but of reasonable quality, hence the price. The lenses are what is important and theirs are fine and well priced. Pro tip - pay the extra speed delivery option. I did not at first and being in Africa, stuff gets messed up, so pony up for the DHL or whatever.

I am so pleased, I bought 2 pairs (I decided I needed a spare pair as I had cracked the lens in my current specs). The frames are excellent quality, no issues with the lens, perfect vision and the service was brilliant. I inadvertently sent the wrong prescription initially, but contacted them, no problem correct prescription used when the glasses arrived. Delivery was much quicker than I thought too. Brilliant.

They cheat you with very advanced way. You dan fill all necessary information about your glasses but when you place an oder it automatically converts it for just plain plastic lenses and write it to the order. The price will keep with you original oder so you will pay for rubbish.
When I trie to do reklamation they just answer that you got what you have ordered. Interested to see how long this company stays in markets.

Pity I could not try them on before buying using my computer camera.

We had contact before ordering about the needed specs for my glasses. They were very quick with responding and asked me for the prescription...
After that i received confirmation that the glasses can be ordered according to required specs. Received the glasses, but they are not in accordance with prescription. Result: Useless specs at my expenses, no clear and costfriendly returnpolicy. So...not recommened for ordering special glasses.
