I ordered what I thought was a designer piece, I have been charged twice for this & still not recieved the order. I have emailed the company nearly 14 days ago and still no response. I only noticed I have been charged twice when I went in to raise a fraudulent transaction with my bank & saw there were 2 amounts so nearly £150 out of pocket, please avoid them!!!
If I could I would give it zero! Never got an answer. We never received our €180 item, never received an update, and never received a response to our emails. We finally filed a complaint through Visa yesterday and received a response from Visa today, saying they would refund our money and take the matter further with these scammers. Yes, scammers, because there's no other word for it. Glad we're getting our money back, and all I can say is: never order anything from here!
I have been waiting for 3 months for the table. The chat never works, they dont reply to e-mails. I dont know the status, i dont know what to do. They disapeared with the money.
