Not trustworthy at all!! Terrible experience!! I accidentally made a duplicate payment as the delivery driver arrived later than I was told (he arrived after 10pm) and I was unable to get through to my manager as it was outside her working hours to make the payment to the driver who was very persistent. A payment of £279 was made twice - once by myself and the other by my manager which I provided evidence of. I have been told several times by a member of the sales team and the manager that u will be refunded the duplicated amount within a couple days but it is now almost 2 weeks and they have not refunded the money and have stopped responding to my messages asking for an update! I am now £279 out of pocket!!

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a bed for my son and was told it would be delivered the next day. The next day arrives and after calling with no answer over and over to ask about delivery times, was then eventually contacted and told the bed would be delivered the next day 100%. I was not happy but accepted this. The next day came and again was told the bed would be delivered the day after to this is asked for a refund and was told I would receive a confirmation email about cancellation and refund. This was one week ago and I have received no refund,no email and they will not answer the phone to me. I am very disappointed with this company and would recommend going elsewhere of you want your bed delivered.

Order information for delivery details were not noted. I was bombarded with calls for next day delivery when I had requested Weekend. I cannot fault the driver he was very helpful but the headboard did not come with the correct size screws. All communication is via WhatsApp asking me to send video of me assembling the headboard when I have clearly shown a video of the screw not fitting. They are refusing to come on the phone to resolve saying I am assembling it incorrectly but how can I assemble it when the screw is incorrect size?

We needed a single bed urgently.
Tender sleep came to the rescue. Next day delivery (they even offered to deliver the evening I ordered but I wouldn't be home)
Kept up to date on my order and delivered on time.
They even contacted me the day after to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
Very happy and would definitely recommend

Buying the bed was straightforward and easy. Delivery drivers not so good, hard to understand their broken English. Left the bed at the front door. Offered no help in moving it past the front door.
