Maciej provided a great experience, starting with clear and responsive pre-trip communications, friendly meeting, useful pre-ride warm up on top-quality equipment, and a great ride. He was very adaptable when one of us was expressed concern about the prospective difficulty of the ride. And he brought cookies!! :)

Had a wonderful day guided by Maciej and so had the other part of our group who did the tour earlier this week. Good bikes, professional and adequate communication from the start and a guide who make an effort to select the best tracks for everybody’s needs and considering weather condition. Recommended!

We had a great and fun ride in the Chinyero vulcano area. The route mainly goes through the forest, along lavaflows and a little part on arena negras. Our guide Jay was very helpful, informative and gave clear instructions on the more challenging parts. Which became easy using the full assistmode. We were a little unlucky with the weather but we still enjoyed the ride very much. The bikes are great and for the ladies Ebiketours provided even lady saddles for comfort, besides a bottle of water and local cookies. All in all a great trip, well organised and highly recommended.

Highly recommended for all kinds of people who want to experience mountain biking. Maciej is professional. Whole ride we ride, we were stopping and checking on each other, bikes, at every stop we were entertained with story the mountain.

I did two e-bike tours with Maciej during my time in Tenerife and thoroughly enjoyed both of them.

Punctuality was excellent — hotel pick-up was right on time and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The equipment was top quality: high-end e-bikes that were very well maintained and in excellent working order, along with good safety gear. Helmets were provided and sanitised, which was reassuring.

Maciej ensured everyone was properly equipped, including advice on suitable clothing for the conditions, and he provided water and snacks during the ride. He was very friendly and engaged naturally with the group throughout, both individually and collectively, regularly checking in and offering helpful advice on riding technique and how to get the best out of the e-bikes.

The safety briefing at the start was clear and professional, making sure everyone was comfortable with the bike setup, how to change gears, and how to use an e-bike correctly before setting off.

The routes themselves were fantastic, taking in beautiful countryside and some stunning scenery. Maciej was very knowledgeable, sharing interesting insights about the local environment, the history of the areas we passed through, and the natural history of the forest, which really added to the experience.

Overall, a very professional operation with great bikes, excellent organisation, and a guide who clearly knows and cares about what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maciej’s e-bike tours to anyone visiting Tenerife.

Fantastic day exploring the forest trails around mount Teide, spectacular views, an excellent host with top of the range e-bikes. Highly recommended if you are a keen cyclist. Maciej was a pleasure to deal with, we will definitely be booking a trip on our next visit to Tenerife .

I arranged an ebike trip for my partnership 40th birthday through Maciej. He was extremely patient with me with all my questions and helped me to organise it through emails. ÌThe tour was perfect, also the first esperience with ebike was without any kind of inconveniences. The path is spectacular especially at the final part in front of Barranco del Rio canyon.The guide was well prepared and gave us some tips about local life.

If you like mountain biking then going on an e-bike ride with Maciej from E-bike Tenerife Tours is a must! I went on all 3 of Maciej’s standard rides - from easy gentle riding on the lunar landscape ride to Chinyero and then the Las Lajas downhill - they all offered spectacular scenery and a lot of fun. We booked three different e-bike mtb rides and all three were great. Good guide with amazing trails selected to match our skill levels. Lots of fun riding over rocks, lava, gravel etc. Great experience!

Guided emtb tour, Las Lajas. Maciej tailored the ride to our needs with good D/H sections and single track through the forest park 38km in total. Highly recommend booking if you want an individual experience.
