We love our projector! Small and compact with a cute carrying case but also has good quality and allows for a big picture doe outdoor movie viewing

The projector comes in a great and handy case. It's very convenient to use. Also the picture quality is amazing and it reflects really well on any white surface. The remote works great and has good options. I have mine projecting onto a light yellow wall with popcorn style texture and it has not been an issue at all. If anyone buys this product you will not regret buying it, I will always be happy to shop here, it is a high quality product

For product, I can give 3 stars:
- unit is easy to use
- massage pads don't stick well after 4 usages. The small pads don't work at all since I purchased the unit. Only the large pads still stick well.
-the intensity of the massage is not evenly when I use the wire with 4 pads connection and the wire with 2 pads: I don't feel anything or just a little bit with 4 wire connections.

Honey, the agent who assisted me today was very, fast, friendly, and helpful. I felt confident that she knew what she was doing and comfortable with the process as I registered my product for warranty. Not sure how long she has been on the job, but she was very efficient and polite, while seeing to my needs.

The person I spoke with was clear and concise about everything and answered my questions quickly and professionally. They deserve a raise :)

You might just love it. I’m trying it right now, and it is a better experience than the tens therapy I received at the chiropractor’s office. This one has various modes, and I don’t have to leave home. It feels stimulating and relaxing. To me it seems good for physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

My tens unit had stopped working all of a sudden and I tried everything I could think of to get it to work, only I must have done something wrong because my Agent, Joy, suggested I try once more and BOOM totally working again!! Oh man I had missed this, this is the BEST tens unit I've owned, just going to stick with this brand forever! Thanks again Joy!

I did not receive instructions with my tens unit.
The agent provided them for me.
