Two orders placed as presents for other people. 2 recieved in no time at all. Can't fault it.

Ordered 48 beers on 13th December only got 24 they lied and lied and lied about a replacement being ready to send, with courier etc etc and left a disabled OAP with no beer for xmas and now they are doing the same for new year despite more lies. They told me it was with the courier but if that was true I would have tracking but I have none. Now they are not even answering and I have had no explanation whatsoever as to what is going on despite 6 or 7 emails now over the last 2 weeks.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE I ASSURE YOU IT WILL END IN MISERY.

They had a full week from 18th December 23 to send a replacement and they made me wait till their "fulfillment" team spoke to DPD despite me sending them photos to show the "1 of 2" label had been replaced by dpd to a "1 of 1" label. Why should I have to wait, the problem was between them and dpd it had nothing to do with me. I should have been sent a replacement the minute I sent them proof I only got 1 box there is absolutely no excuse for making me wait at all. Then to give me nothing before xmas and now nothing before new year. Negligent and totally incompatant amateurs!

I bought some Christmas gifts and had a problem when they was delivered. The team were so kind and helpful that I had to write this. All sorted now, what a team. Can thoroughly recommend buying from Tennents shop.

Tennents Brewery Tour.
Me and my wife did the tour last Saturday 26th August.
Kyle was our tour guide and I have to say he was absolutely brilliant. He was very funny and articulate. And answered any questions anyone had. I would recommend the tour to anyone. And off course the pint of Tennents lager at the end just topped it off.

Ordered 48 bottles lager only 24 arrived as they use yodel the other 24 are just been sitting in the warehouse for days now with no one saying what’s going on and no explanation when or even if we will get them not great customer service

On Sunday 12th Feb my son and I did the Wellpark Brewery Tour. I throughly enjoyed the whole experience, history, facts and the guide. It was very informative and well worth spending a bit over an hour for the whole event. The unpasteurised pint was amazing.
Add it to you to do list for visiting Glasgow. The brewery is a short walk from Queens St station.

Have to say I am very dissapointed, I use the company regularly as they sell gluten free lager which I find is the best as far as the drink goes but unfortunately when there is a problem there customer service is non existent! Had a box arrive which was open on receipt with 6 bottles missing which I know isn't a lot but it is not the point, will be sourcing elsewhere from now purely based on if I have another problem i will not be able to get any help

Hidden gem of a website (if you or someone you know loves Tennents…. Most Scottish men do) with some rare little known products available on it.

East to order and quick delivery, my items packaging was damaged and Kim from Tennents quickly sorted out a replacement for me and arranged the pick up of my item, I have to add that it wasn’t the actual item that was damaged but the packaging but as it was a gift it didn’t look good to have the contents exposed. However it wasn’t an issue as Kim sorted it out so quickly. I did order a few other items and they were fine, they were packaged very secure and were perfect on opening.

Great best before dates on the lagers too which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

Only half a star is warranted for this company they used to be one of the most famous brands in the world a world leader but sadly they have severely declined the flavour of their larger has gone sour their customer care is non existent if you order from their online shop beware as the chances of receiving the goods you order are very slim they are using one of the worst courier services in the world Fedex who can’t be bothered to find your address instead of delivering your goods they just keep them for themselves as proved by CCTV and tennents are so slack by using a substandard company in the first place for delivery decent company’s get proof of delivery and look after their customers not tennents their sending out orders and they don’t care if they arrive or not.
