They offer a great selection of clothing and accessories for both tennis and padel, the delivery is fast and reliable, and the return process is straightforward and convenient. Over all these orders, I have never had any problems. A trustworthy online shop for anyone who plays tennis or padel.
I have never experienced worse customer service. They hung up on me every time I tried to call them, even in the middle of our conversations. I bought two tennis rackets, and one of them is damaged. They refuse to send me a replacement and keep giving me the same reply over and over again by email. On top of that, it took more than a month to have the rackets delivered, and they were of no help whatsoever during the process.
