placed order on line quite quickly. the information about the product is helpful. once the order was place I received notification of its progress. even when it had cleared customs. down side was waiting for the delivery firm, who advised the were aware of the order, took 3 full working days before they advised they had it. I realised it would arrive when I would be away so advised of delivery day I would be there. this worked fine.

Do not use Tennis Point - awful customer service and very expensive returns
Very slow delivery. The tennis skirt was then poor quality (brand is Quiet Please!), and it would have cost nearly as much to return the skirt as I paid for it. Customer service was dreadful - very slow to reply, my very simple query was passed between three different people and I had to explain repeatedly what the problem was - even though it was on the email chain! In the end I gave up.
They should be more transparent or generous about its returns policy.
I would not buy from Tennis Point again. Ever.

Disappointing
One of the items in my order was more than disappointing.I think we were sent a “second” or a previously returned item.The customer service is incredibly slow and tedious and they expect us to pay for return postage.They can’t even answer our question “will you be able to replace?”..Not impressed

Racket order
Ordered my racket and it’s due for delivery today. 10 days from the point of delivery, which is fine but longer than advertised. My only negative and reason for a four star review is the lack of communication. Other than that they did what they needed too.

Still not received the item, have been told that DPD will be delivering the item, then received a scam text claiming there was a problem with a DPD delivery due to insufficient delivery details. On following the link, payment details were requested for a redelivery fee. Given the timing I was concerned that there was a data breach allowing the scammers knowledge that I was expecting a DPD delivery; when expressing this concern to customer service, I received a nonsensical reply

Items sent to the wrong country
Tennis items sent to Ireland and not Northern Ireland in error. Already nearly a two week wait for these items. Now they have to go back to tennis point to be reissued.
