There is WAY too much talking, too loud, in the middle of points….the commentators just ruin the experience and ultimately the sport.

The tennis channel app for Roku is just awful. The livestream audio and video go out of sync all the time. I tried to remedy the problem by signing in on my computer and hooking it up to the TV with an HDMI cable. That worked fine for one day. Then the next day it said it was a licensing challenge and the device's certificate was revoked. I would not have even done this if the TV app worked properly in the first place. This is really inexcusable when you pay $118/year for the service.

Anger and frustration

I've been a subscriber for years and the help desk couldn't help me today when I told them the account would not accept my password. This happened also a couple of months ago and then after talking to three co-workers a gentleman gave me a password which worked without subjecting me to numerous ridiculous questions. I regret paying for this app now after experiencing these recent problems. The corporation is at fault, the co-workers are unable or ill informed how to fix subscribers problems. I should have read other reviews before subscribing for another year.

I generally like it but right now I’m trying to watch the tiebreak to see who wins the Eastbourne title, and in the middle of it, they’re popping up the Wimbledon schedule and making the picture so small you can’t see it. Maybe this is a rerun and some others have seen it already. But I haven’t and I’m trying to see it. It’s pure stupidity to shrink the screen and be showing the schedule for like five minutes during the tiebreak. 😡

Money for nothing

Money for nothing. That is what they get.
Sign up to wartch Womans WTA matches but they are not shown despite their website adverising them. No point in trying to get a refund but cancelled my payment card details to stop them helping themselves to more MONEY FOR NOTHING ongoing. There should be some authority set up to actyally stop this sort of behaviour. No Chance sadly me thinks.

TERRIBLE ANNOUNCING AT TC!

It continues to amaze me that from the start of almost any match on Tennis Channel and especially women's matches, the announcers spend almost the entire match apologizing and making excuses for poor performance of one of the players...usually the one they like the best.
All they do is rehash the same nonsense over and over and it sounds like they are eulogizing the player after every point.
For example, everyone knows that Coco Gauff has issues with double faults. So, is it really necessary to harp on it after every double fault or every other point?
Why not just call the match and credit the person who wins the point with a good serve or return and credit the winner with WINNING the match instead of making excuses for the person who LOSES the match?
Every single match, it is the same thing. From start to finish. Just listen and see; from start to finish the tone of their voices and comments are almost all negative!

Coco Vandeweigh just referred to…

Coco Vandeweigh just referred to Andreescu as being in a middle stage of her career. Andreescu is 24. And, could she and the Englishman stop running their mouths so much. Constant chatter is unnecessary. Take a page from Paul Annacone. Not a lot of unnecessary verbiage, but sensible and authoritative.

Too much mouth from commentators Something should be done about allowing…

Something should be done about allowing the commentators to consistently TALK thru the match or even in between points either. Once they give a little history of each player should be enough on the history. It's ok to point out certain plays but to constantly bore people what the players r feeling or doing or not doing isn't necessary.CHANDA IS THE WORST! Take lessons from MARTINA NAVRATILOVA, she's right on point! ( get it)
I also agree that it's not fair if they r showing 1 match more than halfway thru & it's time for say a more popular player's match to begin they will shift to the more popular player's match which is usually a popular male & leave u hanging saying u can switch to T2 if u want to continue with the female match. Wait a minute! Use the split screen more but continue more with the 1st match u were showing the fans.

Only televising first half of a live match

I watch Tennis Channel via my cable subscription. Tennis Channel chooses which live matches will be televised. My complaint is in reference to when Tennis Channel begins televising one live match, and half way through switches to a different match😡 Why??? As a paying Tennis Channel customer, this is infuriating! I wanted to see the complete match that I was watching-I have no interest in the match that you decide I should watch. When this happens I turn the television off! Very unhappy Tennis Channel customer 😡

Sketchy and Terrible Customer Support

I recently checked an old email account that I rarely use and was surprised to find emails stating that I had a subscription and was being charged. Since I have never visited this website or watched a second of tennis in my life, I immediately contacted customer support to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer support experience I have ever had, and nearly a month later, I am still without a resolution.

At first, they confirmed that an active subscription was linked to my email. I attempted to access the account to investigate, but the password reset function didn’t work. When I asked for assistance, they assured me they would look into it. After two weeks of silence, I followed up, only for them to cancel the subscription, then email me saying there was no account associated with my email—completely contradicting their initial response.

Their replies are slow, taking multiple days, and it’s clear they are not thoroughly reading my messages. I still have no explanation as to how this subscription was linked to my email, and their handling of the situation—acknowledging a subscription, then claiming no account exists—feels incredibly sketchy. Avoid this service at all costs.

Lessons on TV?

I have been a customer for quite a few years and mostly enjoy the services. I do get irritated by listening to the commentators. WHY do they talk like they are the coaches? I don't need a lesson on TV. Only one commentator is required, not 2 or 3.
Please, Just call the match and stop all the constant chatter.

Watching a tennis match on Second Serve…

Watching a tennis match on Second Serve is very annoying. I tune in to watch tennis not see commentators. There is no need for us to see them. Make the tennis match the main thing with a full screen. It's really rather ridiculous to think we want to view commentators.
