Treatment went well and consistent use has resolved my acutely tennis elbow . My elbow does still get a little achy after a game and I use it a few times a week to help the symptoms.

Certainly provides relief. Started using it 2 months after I injured my elbow as it didn't seem to be getting better although I've heard it can take 6 months plus. It stopped the pain at night almost... See more

I had tennis elbow for 2 months when…

I had tennis elbow for 2 months when someone recommended a Tenease machine as a likely benefit. For £40 it was worth taking the chance and within a few days i was noticing the benefit and the reduction in pain. I have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone suffering from elbow problems (i play golf not tennis but it's been great👍)

Back playing tennis in 4-5 weeks

Being a regular tennis player you constantly pick up injuries and tennis elbow is one of those recurring problems which can lead you to a long frustrating lay off. I tried Tenease and was surprised by how quickly I went from unable to take the lid off the jam jar to back playing tennis flat out again. It was 4 to 5 weeks. The science makes sense as it is use across the board for muscle related injuries and it worked for me.
Highly recommend it

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, the product cost me £44 and it broke after 2 weeks. The company are uncontactable via email and will not reply to me despite the ‘replies within one working day’ claim. You can’t call them either because the number is an expensive 0845 number. Reported as a scam with credit card company and they did nothing about it. DO NOT BUY!!!

I saw no improvement with my tennis…

I saw no improvement with my tennis elbow by using the Tenease device other than some very mild short term pain relief. It’s a small vibrating unit, not ‘shock waves’ that causes a mild numbing sensation.
A 14 day money back guarantee is advertised, however they recommend using the device for a month, which I did. After seeing no improvement after a month of use, I was obviously outside the returns timeframe…

Tennis elbow

I was told about this tennis elbow massarger by a friend of mine. I didn't know what to beleive but as I was in pain I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did, it's amazing and it's actually helped me. I've had it about 2 months now and it's really helped me. I did have a problem with the machine for not holding it's charge and they replaced it straight away and received with in 2 days. I would definitely recommend this product 100% for tennis elbow and this company. Thank you very much

Great device for instant pain relief

My Dad was diagnosed with a tennis elbow last month. When researching for supports for tennis elbow, I came across Tenease. From the first time my Dad used this device he had pain relief for a few hours. Overall, his tennis elbow has been getting better the longer he has been using the device. I would highly recommend Tenease.

Well worth it.

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I've tried lots of things for my reocciring tennis and golfers elbows in the past. Not a simple thing to help really, regardless of what you see on YouTube. I think for pain management, this thing is amazing. Since using it I've also noticed the best improvement so far for the overall feeling and strength in my forearms so all round big thumbs up. There's no such thing as a miracle cure guy's, but this will definitely help. Be consistent, read the instructions

Ideal device for golfers elbow

I'd had golfers elbow for a period of time, only difference from tennis elbow is that it is on the inside of the arm. Had tried two types of strap, though they relieved the pain a little, I think I needed something better. Found the Tenease device has helped a lot, though I think I need to assist it by stopping playing golf for a while to rest the arm.

Item is ineffective, company appears dishonest.

I've given this one star for three reasons:

1 - The email address on the website does not work and emails just bounce back. Unable to call during work hours, they are unreachable.

2 - They very loudly advertise their 100% money back guarantee after testing the product online within 14 days, but with the paperwork with the delivery, they say you have 10 days and can only return it if it's in a re-saleable condition. So they advertise a great service and then try to fleece people out of it once they make a purchase.

3 - The product does not have any positive impact for me. It's a little vibrator, which will tend to create an illusion of comfort whilst it's on, but does not do anything to enhance healing or improve function. It's no surprise that it's just a basic, normal vibrating device, as the clinical references on the website are about generalised vibration therapy and there doesn't appear to be any clinical confirmation that this item works any better than I've described here.

An absolute game changer

I bought a Tenease after months of trying various things for my tennis elbow: resting, ice, physios plus exercises, steroid injection (relief for a month, but pain returned) and ultrasound therapy. My elbow was pretty bad- at one point I couldn’t even pick up my phone. 4 days after using the device as per instructions, there was a dramatic improvement in my arm, and now I am back playing tennis. I still use it, more as a preventative/maintenance measure. It really has been miraculous and I have recommended it to many people.

Big improvement on old version.

I had an old version of this about 10 years ago when I last had a bout of tennis elbow. When I had a flare up a couple of months ago after a game of golf I dug it out and it was chewing through batteries at a great rate, and then started going a bit odd with the speed of the motor fluctuating. I found the website and ordered a new one. I was pleased to see it was still a 'reasonable' price. When it arrived I was very impressed that it now had a rechargeable battery. And it's just better/stronger in operation. The only thing I'm a bit confused about is which of the 10 pulse modes is 'best' for me but suggest you just play around with all of them! A good little device, and it certainly alleviates the condition, though has not completely cured it yet.

Golfers elbow.

Had severe pain for weeks prior to my purchase. 2 days of use gave me relief from the pain.
In conjunction with exercises suggested from a doctor I have eradicated the symptoms in a few weeks. Back playing golf, pain free.
Brilliant purchase.

Excellent product

Husband had been suffering with severe pain for nearly 4 weeks. After 3 or 4 days of using this 3 times a day he started to get some relief. Within 7 to 10 days he felt virtually no pain at all. Highly recommend and glad I found this product
