Good Customer service - Quality Product

My parcel was a day late, as DPD said they couldn't get access to my address. I called, and TennisHQ was very understanding and offered to find a solution if the parcel wasn't delivered the following day. Got a better driver on day 2 who was willing to walk round the corner with the parcel.

I had ordered the VCORE 100 Ruby Red 2026 and am really pleased with it. I'm very happy with the service provided with the quick delivery time and quality of stringing.

Very Good Deal with no issues

I bought a pair of tennis shoes in TennisHQ in a very good deal. I was worried that could be a last pair that might be damaged or with defect, and I might need to wait for long time for the shoes to be delivered.

Shoes arrived in perfect condition and on schedule.
