Highly recommend

Great choice of tennis rackets and customisation options. Super quick delivery. I’m really enjoying my new racket and I’d definitely order from tennishq again.

Delivery was 1 day later than it originally quoted - but I'm almost enitrely certain that it was the couriers fault.

New Returning Customer

I hadn't heard of TennisHQ before my purchase but I couldn't be happier with the service. No delays, bang on time, well packaged and a great product. I will be a returning customer.

They sent me the wrong shoes and gave no refund

They sent me the wrong shoes, I sent them back.... easy, right? Not. First of all they wait 72 hours to send you a return label. You then have to trek to a DHL drop off...bit cumbersome but ok.

The shoes I ordered were a ladies size 8, the ones I received were a men's size 13.5.

But worst of all, I did not get my refund. I sent the shoes back, but as they were not the shoes I had ordered, they demanded I sent back the shoes I had ordered...which I never got, so how can I send those back?!

So if they send the wrong order, and you return it, you will not get a refund until you send back the actual shoes you ordered (which you cannot do, as you never received them....riddle me that)

Avoid this company at all cost, their admin is a shambles and I am out of pocket with no way to get my money back due to a fault of theirs

(I will update and amend this review if they sort it out, but not feeling hopeful as their customer response takes 72 hours)
