Released our Paid Merchandise to Another
We have visited this store 3 times in the last year and even made referral to others. Well that all ended tonight …
You see the owner, himself, gave my sons racket away to another client. The racket was not owned by them, not for sale, and was only left to be strung, because on Sunday they were just too busy with not a single person in store. During that visit we purchased an other racket and handle grip also. Luckily we took that one home versus entrusting them.
Does a business value a client when they are paid for a service and cannot resolve quickly ?? What about giving away someone’s possession that was entrusted to them ?? Should the owner himself not be held to a higher standard than his employees ?? Not here it’s simply the clients to bear. Do yourself a favor and consider other options.
