Happy with their customer support
I have had a very pleasant experience with the customer service personnel from tennis pro. I had ordered tennis shoes in the usual size that I’m used to, however, given the new brand I was shifting to, I needed to return them back and get them in the right size, which was obviously frustrating and costly. I reached out to them and they were super nice, extremely helpful, and compensated me with a 10% discount on my next purchase, and sent me a gift with the new shoes. When somebody goes this far to accommodate a mistake that is not fully theirs, the least I could do is to be grateful and recommend them to future customers. Shout out to Mieke and to the whole team working there! Certainly recommended 🙏🏽
Non-customer service
Just after placing and paying the order I realized I chose not the optimal strings for my racket. I immediately sent an email to the customer service. Next working day morning (around 11 am) I even decided to call them to make sure they take care of my remark. To my big surprise they said they never received my email (from my side it was successfuly sent and I provided the evidence). The racket is already with a stringer and the strings can not be changed. I did not of cause appreciate such a non client-focused approach. Indeed email is not a guaranteed way of delivery but what I would expect is that re-stringing a racket is not a big deal if you care about your client.
Good products, bad returns
Good products. They send fast. But delivery and return process aren't the best.

Great service! Ordered a pair that turned out to small. After a few weeks I received a message that my size was in stock again and we made the exchange. Thanks for your help and kindness!

Fast & agile returns handling
Products received in impecable state, had to return 1 pair of shoes which required some "flexible" not so standard returns handling from tennis pro which all went fast & smooth, happy to have shopped there

I ordered 5 shirts and socks for my tennisteam. The deliverance was very quick. Unfortunately 1 shirt was too big, so I had to exchange this for a smaller size. The service was very good and efficient. Mails were answered very promptly.

SCANDALOUS & UNLAWFUL SERVICE: I see no other option than being extremely negative about TennisPro. Order from 3th June never arrived because of a delivery problem and after my numerous friendly emails underlining the law they are neglecting, they refuse to refund my 80 euros.
