I want to share my experience with this website in order to advice others players not to registrer.
On 7th february I make a deposit of 400 € and won rapidly 2563 €.
On 15th february I tried to withdraw 1000 €. They asked me to check my account, what I did, and on 20th frebruary I received an email to inform me that my account was fully verified.
On 22th frebruary I tried to withdraw 1000 € more.
On 23th february they closed my account "due to a breach of terms and conditions" without real explanations. They told me that they have issued a full refunds of my deposit totaling 400€ withing a 14 working days to appaer on my account.
On 11th march as I did not receive the money back I contacted the tchat which responds me to send an email to the support with a bank statement to prove what I said (For real problem they cannot solve anything by tchat and unfortunattely the support do not respond to all my email).
On 18th march They respond me that the refund was declined by my card issuer (My bank). I contacted my bank and my operator answer that the bank never decline any transfer in entrance.
Since this day I send many mails without any answer(Request 549907 on 24th march / Request 585397 on 16th april / Request 589254 on 21th april /Request 593670 on 28th april). In order to check with my bank I ask for a banktransfer proof but I never receive it.
When I contact the tchat they always answer that they will answer but they never since 18th march.
Please do no registrer to this website if you don't want to be robbed.
I have many screenshots of my account with withdrawals pending, with tchat's comunications, with email received.
