The iAnyGo tool worked as expected and met my use case. I reached out to support with a few questions and they were able to respond back quickly.
Terrible - run away from them as fast as you can. Their software doesn't work. They they then refuse to give a refund despite their "30 day money back guarantee"

I purchased Tenorshare’s software (1/26/2026) to restore my phone, followed all of their instructions, and even sent them every log file and screenshot they requested. Those logs clearly showed the software could not restore my device, yet they still refused to issue a refund under their own “money‑back guarantee.”
Instead of taking responsibility, they kept passing my case from one support agent to another, forcing me to repeat the same explanation and resend the same evidence over and over. Every new agent restarted the “investigation” from scratch, but nothing actually moved forward and no one ever approved a refund. At this point it feels like a deliberate stalling tactic, not a genuine attempt to help.
My experience is that Tenorshare’s software did not do what it claimed, and their support team was more focused on avoiding a refund than solving the problem. I would strongly discourage anyone from relying on their guarantees or trusting that they will treat you fairly if their product fails.

The software doesn’t work - it has no extra functions beyond the regular iTunes. They don’t wish to refund even after providing logs trying to find imaginary circumstances.

BEST CUSTOMEWR SERVICE OUT THERE. GREAT PRODUCTS. A PLUS.
First off Tenorshare itself is nice and usually smooth, I use the iAnygo software and dont run into problems often. But the few times I have, I contacted support and was provided a solution the same day. Thankyou support team! AND THANKYOU ANNIE!
I use this software on a daily basis and it has become an essential part of my workflow. It is extremely reliable and consistently delivers great performance. What I especially appreciate are the frequent updates that introduce useful and well-thought-out new features.
The support team is outstanding — questions are answered very quickly and always in a competent and professional manner. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with this software and wouldn’t want to be without it anymore.
Considering the price, there is really no need to think twice. It offers excellent value for money.
The software did nothing to solve my issue; all the repairs failed, and they refuse to refund. Here goes my conversation with their support team:

Dear customer,
Thanks for contacting Tenorshare support team.
Kindly note that I have canceled auto renewal for you in our system, it won't charge you again.
We respect your refund request very much. But in our refund policy, we must locate the reason so that we can know whether it is a problem with our software.
Referring to your case, could you kindly tell me more details about the issue? Could you please tell us which function of the software do you use? If there is any error or warning that popped up, please send us a screenshot, thank you in advance.
May I ask what is the issue exactly with your device and could you please tell us the device model and iOS version?
Sincerely yours,
Tenorshare support team

Hello, The issue is that my iPhone was shut off, when I started it, it was stuck on the iPhone logo (the logo was coming on screen and fading away on loop), then the restore screen showed up (I will attach a picture for your reference). I heard about your software, so I tried it. I plugged in my iPhone and used the standard repair. After a long wait, it said that the repair failed (screenshot attached). So I resorted to the deep repair function, after a long wait, it failed too (screenshot attached). So I switched to the upgrading and downgrading functions, I tried them both, and both of them failed. Which function of the software do you use? I tried standard and deep repair, and both failed. I also tried upgrading and downgrading, but both failed as well. The device model and iOS version? My device is an iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS version 26.2, and I used my Windows 11 laptop to use your software. Thank you.

Dear customer,
May I know do you want to remove the activation lock or does your iPhone has hardware problem?
Also, could you please provide us with the log files so we can analyze them?
Please check the attached attachment. Please put everything in the log folder and send them to me.
We have received your refund request. If we cannot solve the problem, we will arrange the refund.
Many thanks for your help.
Kind regards

Hello, thank you for your reply Stacey. No, my problem is not related to activation lock; I believe it is an issue with corrupted system files or a hardware problem. I have attached the log files. Thank you.

Dear customer,
The error from the log is 4013, Please Restart the computer and right-click the administrator to open the software to repair it.
We highly suggest you enter DFU mode with deep repair to try. Actually, you can switch back and forth between recovery mode and DFU mode, and then choose standard repair and deep repair to repair the system at your will. In that way, the success rate of repairing will be greatly improved.
When you repair the system in DFU mode, if the device fails to wake up then the repair will fail. After you complete the firmware verification and decompression step, if the repair progress does not occur within three minutes after the repair starts, please press the device power button to wake it up. Could you please try again with these tips?
Also, we highly suggest using the original USB cable or changing to a new cable and changing another USB connection port to repair the system as many times as you can to improve the success rate. If you are using a desktop computer, it is best to use the USB connection port on the back of the Host. If you are using a laptop, please charge the laptop while it is connected to a power source before repairing it.
Thank you so much for your patience and look forward to hearing from you again to share your experience with us.
Best regards
Tenorshare Support Team

Hello Stacey, The program was indeed running as administrator, and yes, I was in DFU mode, and the laptop was charging. I made sure of all of these while running the repairs. Could you please go on and process my refund for ticket number 22994164? Thank you.

Normally, if a device has hardware problems, ReiBoot cannot repair them because our software can only fix problems caused by software, not hardware. I'm really sorry about this.
So it would be great if you could take your device to a repair shop to check if there are any hardware issues. It may help you fix your device and then you can send us the test report by the way if convenient. We generally cannot provide refunds if there is a hardware problem. If not, we will refund you immediately.

I have tried several tools on the market, all phishy and not working. Tenorshare provides top of the line products that work.
Don't waste your money. This software is just a paid interface for tools already built into macOS (Finder/iTunes) for free. It offers no unique functionality that a standard DFU restore or recovery mode won't fix.

Customer service quickly resolved my license issue. I am very satisfied! I recommend the company and its products!
2025-12-30 I acquired a Product called “Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices Order Information”.
I used it ONCE in a computer even though I purchased 1 month subscription. I placed the order, gave my credit card details, paid the item, installed the product. It worked as intended. End of story – I thought.
The original product I ordered and paid:
Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices
Goods Amount:24.54 USD
Subscription Period:month
Renewal Date:2026-01-30
Renewal Amount:19.95 USD + Tax
Without noticing it, I was then charged on the same card, some days later, January 5th, for another product, that I didn’t order and never used:
Tenorshare ReiBoot (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices
Goods Amount:30.69 USD
Subscription Period:month
Renewal Date:2026-02-06
Renewal Amount:24.95 USD + Tax
Today 30 JAN, I was again charged with the renewal of the first product, that I used ONCE and did not sign any contract for a monthly subscription:
Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices
Goods Amount:24.54 USD
Subscription Period:month
Renewal Date:2026-03-02
Renewal Amount:19.95 USD + Tax
I log in to tenorshare and in the dashboard I can see the two products, one I never ordered and the other was NOT a monthly subscription.
Both show the products are NOT used in any computer (show 0/1) or devices (0/5).
I already contacted Tenorshare support today and open 2 tickets requesting immediate cancelation for both products and refund for the initial Tenorshare ReiBoot (Windows Version) that I never requested, and the so called renewal of “Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices”.
Looking forward to hearing from them and understanding when will they refund me for:
Tenorshare ReiBoot (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices - Goods Amount:30.69 USD – Paid in Jan 5th, never used or subscribed
Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices - Goods Amount:24.54 USD – Paid today, for a monthly subscription I never agreed upon.
Until those 2 refund are received, I’m considering this company a FRAUD and SCAM. And I’ve already had to cancel the credit card that I used for the initial purchase, as I don’t know how many payments will they initiate, even if I already contacted their support today to cancel immediately these 2 “subscriptions”.
And I seriously doubt they will refund me for the SCAM.

I'd like to process a full refund for you, but there's a refund policy that doesn't make it possible in this case.
To get you a fair offer, I referred your case to our manager and finally got you a 30% refund, and you can still keep the product for further use just in case. Is it acceptable to you please?

I’ve been using tenoshare ianygo and I must say it is a fantastic software very reliable and cost efficient. I will entreat any one to use their software.
have been receiving unauthorized recurring charges on my card from this company called Tenorshare.
I have never purchased anything from them, never interacted with them, and certainly never agreed to any form of subscription. Yet they have been debiting my card on a monthly basis without my consent.
Because these charges are recurring, they can easily go unnoticed if you don’t monitor your account closely — which makes the situation especially concerning.
I am currently pushing my card provider (Wise) to address this and to take stronger action against this type of unauthorized charging. What worries me even more is that this is not the first time something like this has happened. Previously, I encountered similar unauthorized recurring debits from another company (myrecipearea.com). It raises serious questions about how some merchants manage to bypass card‑issuer safeguards.
To be clear, I never authorized any payment to Tenorshare, nor did I approve any recurring debit.
From what I have seen online, some companies appear to advertise a one‑time unrelated service or product but, behind the scenes, enroll customers into an unwanted recurring payment for a service they never signed up for.
Based on my experience, I want to make others aware so they can check their statements and avoid unexpected losses.
I hope this review helps others stay vigilant.
