Saved my iPhone Data

My phone was stuck on boot screen with apple logo. Apple's standard troubleshooting did not fix. I would have lost my data if I reset my iPhone, thankfully this app helped in fixing the issue. Also, the interface is easy to follow even for beginners.

Consumer Trap WARNING: No easy way to cancel subscription!

Bought iCareFone Transfer for a month to transfer whatapp data from android to iphone. The software works but the app has auto renewal and automatically subcribe to one extra app thats originally free, which was so called free trial. Hidden auto-renewal clauses and no easy way to cancel subscription unless you contact the support team to cancel. Didnt notice it until 3 months later and the billing price was already more expensive than the life time license. Absolutely outrageous. Basically its consumer trap.

Tried software couldn’t get it to work

Tried software couldn’t get it to work
As I didn’t use asked for a refund,they offered me another product as compensation.
What a con as I’m surely allowed a refund if I only used the software(and didn’t get it to work)for a few minutes and then contacted them to refund.
They must be breaking the rules for consumer protection.
I have replied 23/1/26 as they advised,let’s see what happens .
Well the response was the same as before they’ve cancelled any future payments as was already agreed.
Don’t trust them.

SCAM

ALERT! They SCAM YOU! It didn't work as promised, and they tried manually, it seems, after I shared the files, but still no success. Yet they refused to fully refund. They cannot be trusted! They say the cost for the development of software is high, as if we customers, are responsible!

I purchased the software in good faith

I purchased the software in good faith. Unfortunately it didn't work as described, and the support team flat out refused to give me a refund, for a number of spurious reasons. They just asked for more and more technical stuff that as a none technical person I was unable to give them. Judging by the reviews lots of other customers have had the same problem with getting a refund.

I purchased 4DDiG File Repair (Order

I purchased 4DDiG File Repair (Order: T2009025491427901440) but it did not work as advertised. The company makes it impossible to find the "Cancel Subscription" button on their website. I contacted support for a refund and cancellation, but they flatly refused. This is a scam-like experience. Avoid at all costs!

Unsuccessful WhatsApp data transfer.

Update:
Following my original review, Tenorshare has now issued a full refund, which I appreciate.

Although the software did not work for my specific case (my WhatsApp data transfer was unsuccessful), customer support ultimately resolved the matter by refunding the payment.

While my experience with the software itself was disappointing, I appreciate that the issue was eventually handled.

purchased this software as it had a…

purchased this software as it had a trial period plan, tried fixing my sons phone without any luck. They billed me inside the 3 day trial period and when I asked for a refund they came back multiple times wanting to fix the issue but I went elsewhere because their tech teams were offline. I followed up another 3 times and kept getting the same response whilst asking for a refund inside the trial period. They come back last night stating they would only offer me 30% and have tried negotiating with me whilst clearly inside the trial period.
VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS THE HALLMARKS OF SCAMMY ACTIVITY CHARGING PEOPLE CLEARLY WITHIN THEIR TRIAL TERMS.

Software useless, 30-day money-back guarantee is misleading – refund refused

I purchased Tenorshare ReiBoot in good faith to fix an iPhone stuck in an Apple logo boot loop — exactly the type of issue this software is advertised for.

Despite following all instructions, testing on multiple Macs, cables, ports, and repair modes, the software did not resolve the issue. After extensive troubleshooting, Tenorshare refused to honor their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee.

Their explanation was that the issue turned out to be “hardware-related” and that refunds only apply if there is a “bug in the software.” This limitation was not clearly stated at the point of purchase, and as a consumer, it is impossible to know in advance whether such an issue is software or hardware-related.

Instead of a refund, they offered alternative products or lifetime licenses, which is not a substitute for getting your money back.

My experience:
• Software did not work
• Refund was refused despite guarantee
• Refund policy appears misleading

I would not recommend purchasing because if the software does not work the promise of a money-back guarantee is useless

Dark pattern

Dark pattern! Red flag all over!
I downloaded a software to help fix iPhone but it unknowingly signed me up for an auto renewal and it misleadingly showed as though there was a 7 day free trial when in fact it was for a second product. There is no intuitive way of canceling the subscription. In fact you have to email them.
Very difficult to cancel! DO NOT BUY.
If they the smallest bit of good conscience, they would fix this. SHAME!

migratIon from Android to iPhone

I recently migrated from Android to iPhone and it was important for me to get my Whatsapp chats into iPhone. The app Move to iOS didn't help so I started looking for a third party app and came across Tenorshare's iCareFone Transfer. It worked like a charm and I got everything in iPhone in a jiffy. :-)
