Giving 5 stars Purley because of the the team, they helped me sort out my order , which I was not happy with, missing security nuts that I ordered, and was advised on there site the wrong roof bars which was quite the ordeal to sort out. But everything was sorted and iam happy with the product but was quite stressful.

We own the tent box classic. I can honestly say this was one of the best investments ive ever made. It has allowed me, my partner and our dog vinnie to experience things we never thought we could travelling around the Uk. The ease of use, quality and convenience of the tent box has been amazing and would 100% recommend to anybody thinking of camping off the hoof. Customer service has also been brilliant as we had a damaged bar light and telescopic which they replaced extremely quickly and without question. Thanks Tentbox !!

Perfect. What more can I say. A Perfect rooftent for that quick get away. Me and my wife love it, and we did have second thoughts but took the plunge. We've done it all, from static caravan, to tenting. It's a lot better than haveing to put up a tent and making sure everything is there and all is OK. Anyone thinking of getting a rooftent, don't think about it just do it, and you will not be disappointed.

It's really a pleasant experience with the tentbox, some accessories are a bit expensive...
I recommend it to those who want adventures and nature trips...

Brought the tentbox light and what can I say they are absolutely perfect pop up in minutes spacey and all round brilliant I also brought the awning and kitchen they are also fantastic 10/10 we love it 👍

I was a bit apprehensive at first as its a large investment for me. I have camped all over the world in my younger days. But are now disabled and for sometime not been able to enjoy being out in nature. I went for it and got the lite 2.0 with tunnel awning. Wow i love it !!! So easy to setup. The build quality is really good. My first night lying back with a view of nothing but sand and sea. I can't recommend highly enough. Its has given me a bit of independence for a while longer. 🙂

We absolutely are loving our tent box. We go away most weekends can't believe how big it is inside plenty of room, comfortable sleep and i'm so glad that we bought it.

From roof racks , to lifting it up with a helping hand ,
Had it on the car for close to a month , driving every day ,

I bought the universal awning, realised it didn’t come with the brackets for the cargo. Rhi, Craig, Luke and Gigi swiftly sent me the correct brackets for my older generation Cargo 1.0.

Cannot beat how TentBox care for their customers.

So recently upgraded to a Tentbox Lite 2.0 from OEX (which I used for multiple trips including a 10 day trip around the NC500). I wanted a Tentbox for a while but didn’t know I’d get hooked on the idea. Tentbox offers so many more options with great quality add ons such as the windbreakers and tunnel awning. The longest I’ve stayed in anyone location has been 2 days and these options maximise my needs. I’m heading to Co Clare in the Republic of Ireland at the end of the month for 4 days so hopefully put the lot to test 👍

Had a problem with the delivery company who were delivering my tent box. Got in touch with tent box support which all of them I spoke to either via email or telephone were all so helpful. 5 star service for their support team. Thanks to Maisie, Jon and especially a lady called Rhi who has been amazing dealing with my case. Also to any others of the support team that have helped with the situation. Fantastic team.

Love it!!! Went to Pembroke last weekend and booked to go away at the end of the month!! Love everything about it!

Quick response no arguments just simply great service again, why can't all companies be this efficient?
