Very unserious and unprofessional
We bought a tent with a promised delivery date between July 20–24. The tent was supposed to be shipped from their German warehouse, but instead it was sent from China, and we didn’t receive it until July 28.
As a result, we had to postpone our holiday, which was planned to start on July 26. I asked for some compensation due to the delay, er had to reschedule our trip.
Teltsla replied that they would look into it and get back to me. Since then, they have stopped communicating entirely.
I’ve sent them two follow-up emails, but they are completely ignoring me. Very unserious and unprofessional.
