Looks good, works good
We received our rug in the mail on time. It sticks very well to the matt that we can even use the vacuum.
It looks great in our living room. Haven’t tried washing it yet but was easy to layout.

I wanted soooo much to love Teppana…
I wanted soooo much to love Teppana products. The idea that you can throw the rugs in the washer was interesting to me and the designs of the rugs looked unique. However, the rugs look nothing like the pictures show. They do not have the level of detail or dimension as shown in the website pictures. They are flat, like something printed on some poor quality cloth.
Very disappointed in the product, definitely not worth the price. The only reason I do not return the rug is because I like to support small businesses and am hoping they do better to make better quality rugs.

Carpet receive after 6 weeks
Carpet receive after 6 weeks. Nice but disappointed with the carpet. It makes like a step that is very visible with the underlay carpet. Doesn't look as nice as the website

We ordered two designs with the mats
We ordered two designs with the mats. Both should have been dimensions 200x300.
It was alright. The mats didn't match the design dimensions. The support service was helpful and professional and gave us a discount with the instruction to cut off the part of the mats.
