I would give Ankur and his TopDog store SIX stars if possible. His assistance in picking the right machine for our dog, to the shipping and ultimately walking me through the set up of the machine and layout of the system in my yard has been NOTHING short of spectacular!!! He has a customer for LIFE!!

I would really recommend buying the top dog greyhound drag lure. It really is a great machine and so easy to handle and transport. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ankur. He is so friendly and very professional. I could not believe how quickly I had my machine after I ordered it and it was ready to go straight away the day I got it.

Having been in the racing industry for over 18 years I have spent thousands Apon thousands on new training equipment only to be left disappointed not the case with the lure from teragram it has completely change the way we have been able to operate our business not only with improved performance but saving time cannot recommended these guys enough

Amazing Dog lure. Working amazingly and it’s perfect for any type of dogs that are energetic. Everything that’s wrote in the description is accurate, easy to operate, speed adjustment and much more. Our dogs absolutely love it. The owners are also extremely professional and polite, they will help you whenever you need it with whatever you need. Will definitely be ordering again!

My experience with TheTopDog Store was something for all companies to aspire to. I had an issue with the machine on delivery where it had essentially been bashed around by the courier, severely damaged and did not work, I messaged Ankur and within minutes established a dialogue with him and we worked together to troubleshoot the issues, it became clear that the damage was so severe the machine had to be sent back, Ankur sent a courier next morning to collect the machine free of charge and rectified the issue and got me a new one sent out, which works perfectly, the machine is well built does a great job exercising my birds, is sleek, portable and great value for money, others on the market can be twice if not more than the cost of this one. I would genuinely give 6 stars if i could, customer service was impeccable and the product is just testament to Ankurs dedication and passion for what he does, top company!
