I purchased the Terraspeak Translator. First of all the image translator doesn't work and some of the language translation is incorrect. (I had a Korean colleague check it). I have painstakingly tried contacting them on every email that i can find and there has been zero response. I have tried telephoning but no response. I have read that there is no way you can return an item. Do not buy from this company, it is a con I have paid £60 for a product I cannot use !

I have not used this service for several years, but I worked for an antique dealer who used it for several years until she closed... so this review may not be entirely applicable to what Terapeak offers today. What I most remember about them is that eBay already offers short term "Sold" pricing information for the past few weeks. Terapeak extended that view going back 3 months but that was all. Granted, that was enough to be useful occasionally... but not nearly as useful as a year's worth of data would have been because some things are seasonal, so the last three months data isn't going to tell me what I can expect the price to be doing in the upcoming season. Coming into the hot-selling fall season, it didn't do me much good to know what prices did in the slow summer-selling season. For the money, I think they should have provided a much longer view of past sales.
