We had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and helped us choose the right windows for our home.
The installation was completed on time and to a high standard, and the installers left everything clean and tidy. The quality of the windows is excellent, and we’ve already noticed an improvement in warmth and noise reduction.

After the builder Weston Home completely ignored my issue with condensation on the glass windows, this company took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful, and they made sure I fully understood the cause of the problem and the solution.
It is rare to find people who work hard with such care and professionalism.
Imagine what time I have in situation be leaseholder in new flat
in one year 218 email to the builder company Weston Homes, phone calls ,as well email company who I pay service charge because I pay insurance for building Gateway Company includ in service charge then nothing happen just they ignore me leasheholder. I'm just good to pay invoice for them .My life was a nightmare but I can't explain how happy I am now when Termopane Windows company sorte my problem. since I bought my house about two years ago, I noticed some mist between the window panels in the bathroom and sitting room, I contacted Termopane windows LTD, they were so quick to respond , the surveyor ( Sebastian) came and took the measurements and the next day I received a call with the quote and time frame to finish the job which was ten days. the team was so polite and professional, also, the price was reasonable. I would recommend their service to whom ever needs a clean job many thanks.

After a bit of initial to-and-fro, where we were keen to build on getting the detail of the windows we wanted right (shading, blinds, colour, etc.), the Termopane team did a fab job at providing a product that looks great, works for our room, and we love.

There were some challenges with access, and the installation team were happy to innovate with getting the larger frame through our neighbours garden and over the fence. When we had some snagging with the fitting of the frame, Sebastian came over to check it out and fix it. Very friendly, happy to recommend.
