Great service and fast delivery, perfect,

When I ordered the footprint for my Hoolie 2 ETC on a Tuesday I was warned that they were made to order & could take 3-4 weeks. To my amazement & joy it arrived on the same Saturday.

I bought my first TN quasar tent in 1994, still going strong, when I needed a spacious one man for bike packing, well, it was obvious, starlite2, I just hope I last as long as the tent!

Really happy with the service and delivery, after looking around for some time for a tent I could trust and depend on this was a no brainer.
tent was well packed, and also updated on delivery even got it a day before I was expecting it.
went for a hike to check weight and comfort and to set it up. Nothing missing no lose threads well and truly happy looking forward to makeing some wild camp memory's.

Considering the substantial amount it represents, it would be highly appreciated if TerraNova could at least provide more details on the custom fees to be paid by EU customers. It is a bad surprise (and would have been a 'no-go' if I had known before ordering) to discover you have to pay an extra 1/3 of the tent initial price.

The communication was great from the start. The quantity of the product is amazing. I’m very happy with my tent and it is reassuring to know that it is backed up by great customer service

Prompt service, great kit, sooo easy to put up - this is to replace my last one of these tents bought in 1991! The sun finally made the flysheet on that one brittle, otherwise I would still use it for another 30 years!

If you think it might be a bight pricey, just remember how long it's going to last - a great investment :-)

Needed new tent pole for tent ,visited factory and got it .
Didn't realise it was on line only now and so had to purchase it on line and wait about half hour for order to process.
Nice helpful chap advised me on pole as I wasn't too sure ,and processed order for me ,he was very helpful.
Shame it's only online I was hoping for a little factory shop,I might even have gotten new tent if there had been one, but a pole will have to do for old tent .... pole was £75 for one ,hopefully still life in old tent it's 15plus year old and still going

I've used a Terra Nova 4 season mountain tent for over a decade, and was very annoyed to have a pole break. I was amazed to find out that although the particular model of Quasar was no longer manufactured, spare poles were available. I ordered it and it was delivered within days. Brilliant products and an excellent service.

Really good experience! First time using this company. Ordered a bargain priced fleece sleeping bag liner for daughter’s DofE but realised I’d accidentally input wrong house number so emailed customer service. Problem resolved straight away with no fuss. Order delivered really quickly. Thank you!

I ordered some replacement poles. They arrived when Terra Nova said they would.

The ordering process was simple and efficient and my order was delivered by my favourite logistics company so five stars for TN so far. I’ve not had chance to try the product out yet but initial peek suggests it’s well made.
