I would not buy from them again
I bought ten (10) frozen queen calla lily rhizomes for about US$100. They all died within a week, despite instructions followed for planting. I emailed their customer service on three separate occasions to ask about replacement and/or refund and have not heard anything back. I would never order from this company again.
