Not trustworthy
This company advertises a solar subscription that includes a whole home backup battery. It was originally based out of Miami Florida and now is conducting installations in Houston, Texas. I went through the sales process, signed a contract in May, they got all the permits needed, scheduled an install for late July, and they delivered the panels and batteries. Then they called me and CANCELLED the project the same day as the delivery of the materials. They came and picked up everything the next day. Their excuse #1, they could not access the roof safely. Rebuttal: they could have easily and safely put the panels on my roof with a scissor lift. Excuse #2, I have a gas meter. They already knew this and safety guidelines for the batteries say to place them at least 3 feet apart. There is obviously another reason for them to cancel. The had already spent time, received all the permits from the city, and delivered the materials. To cancel cost them money. I was out a year of my time through the whole process. They would not provide any true reason to cancel. This makes them a dishonest company and I urge you to not do business with them.
